Purchased a footlong 2/7/23 around 5pm. Did not put in a bag for me. I didn’t bother asking, but it’s always been automatic that they put the sandwich in a bag with napkins. This is after i gave a good tip. Upon unwrapping the sandwich discover it was whole and not cut in half. I did not have a knife so had to eat it whole. Not the end of the work. On the fence if I’ll ever go back to this location. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer experience. Two people working there, a man who was wearing a cap, piercing, with blonde facial hair was extremely rude. my husband was nice and greeted him he replied “um hi.” And after ordering and saying which bread, he rolled his eyes and irritatedly replied. “Yeah that’s gonna be a minute” with the most angry voice. I took my family out of there.

There was one person working and a line of 10 people. It took 30 minutes to even order. Either get more help or close it down. These are all individual owned and whoever owns this needs to learn how to run a business.

Well, I gave the location five stars because the staff was friendly and made my sandwich to order in under 2 minutes. So I don’t want to downgrade the experience based on the quality of the restaurant or the nice people working there. However, I decided to try the “Hero” 1 carb bread on an Outlaw sandwich (steak, peppers and onions with a spicy sauce), which they uncharge $0.75 for the bread. While the ingredients were tasty, I must say the bread was completely flavorless. It had the texture of bread, but if I ate it by itself, closed my eyes and was asked to describe the taste, I couldn’t tell you if I was eating bread or a sponge (not that I’ve ever eaten a sponge) There was no taste to it at all, and unfortunately, made the sandwich experience underwhelming. Would not recommend adding it to your bucket list.

The lady who helped me with my order was delightful. I also think that salads are less expensive at this location compared to Murray and TV Hwy. The portions on the salads are perfect. I’m actually full when I have one!

When I went in around 5:00 I was the only customer in the restaurant. The lady behind the counter was making a single sandwich very, v e r y slowly. Her co-worker left to take a break. I waited what felt like an eternity for her to finish, she thanked me for my patience and started to work on my order. As my sandwich was toasting the phone rang. She answered, took the sandwich out of the oven, and gave me the “one minute” finger. She was on the phone for 4-5 minutes, with my half-finished sandwich sitting on the counter, when her co-worker returned from break. I had been there almost 20 minutes by that time. The co-worker stated to the customer behind me that her break was not over but she was going to help me because I had been waiting so long. The other customer would have to wait for the lady on the phone to finish. She was still on the phone when I left the restaurant. Several minutes later as I was eating in my car the other customer walked out without food. I’m assuming she left because she was still waiting to be served.

This place is usually not crowded, and great for a quick lunch. The employees are outgoing, and I’ve had a good experience whenever stopping by. Although this spot isn’t perfect, I get the same experience as any other Subway
