I try hard to leave an open star giving the business room for minor improvements. Although there are those rare moments of appreciation that leave the customer an all around complete and satisfying sensation that hits deep to the core. Immediately I noticed the cleanliness, the organizing and inventory fully stocked, that is not easy to witness.

The mexican lady serving today is so rude, she looks so fed up with preparing my food and doesnt smile at all and the way she speaks to me was not nice.. She was yelling when i asked for the code of toilet.. poor service

I like the older lady at the self checkout she’s super nice and always there!!!! The prices are high tho but I think that’s at all stores now thanks to the high inflation. It might come down due to the feds and the rates.

To the Owner – Ever wonder why some days don’t make as much as others? I might have an Idea… For the last year or so I have noticed the store closes early on some days ( Lights dim and open sign off), So I don’t bother stopping by. A few weeks ago was planning on getting food quick while in-between jobs, I saw it looking closed but than saw a staff worker walking in the store so I pull in. I walk up to the door thinking I just caught them as they closed and the door will be locked. To my surprise it wasn’t and the lady came out form the back and I asked if she was closing she said nope. Today I drive by and it looks closed but decide to try anyway, and yet again the store is open with the lights dimmed down and the open sign off.

I placed a mobile order and arrived on time to pick it up. It wasn’t ready. The guy was all by himself so it was understandable. However, he made my sandwich as soon as he could which was really fast. I got it home and I feel silly for saying this but it was the BEST Subway sandwich I’ve ever seen! He really went above and beyond, honestly. I’m upset I didn’t get his name. Maybe next time. There will be a next time.

I just moved to town. I came in with a good additude and the two girls who made my sandwiches weren’t really personable and it felt like they just wanted to get me out and not in the good way. I gave a 5 dollar tip because it was for both of them but they didn’t even blink an eye about it like dang , if I were a celebrity or something I bet they would be stoked to see me let alone the fact that I gave them a good tip. It just felt like customer service didn’t exist with these two! Unfortunately I will not be coming to this location again. Good luck girls!

Rigo was so fabulous this evening he was able to help me decide on the perfect sandwich for me.. He recited the toppings off the top of his head to let me know what sandwiches from 7- 9 that would be best for me! I chose number 7 & Rigo had it ready at the window with my chocolate chip cookies! I’ve live in the neighborhood 12 years he is my 2nd best guy! I will continue to eat at this location #MySubway

Food was good but the service was not. The employees didn’t seem like they knew how do anything. It took us almost 10 minutes to order 4 sandwiches and one didn’t have anything but meat and cheese.

Made order online and it said error but it still charged my card. Called the restaurant and the worker was no help asked to speak to manager but they said there wasn’t one there.which ik has to be false cause there always has to be a manger on site especially for closing. Which ik from experience from working in restaurants even franchises have to have a closing manager. So I never got my food and I got charged for it. Subway customer service was no help since the line wasn’t working properly either. But I will be calling the next day to get a refund and make a formal complaint to the actual manager.
