This subway is unique. It usually only has one person working at a time (at least when I’ve gone in) and they’re usually the sweetest hardworking girls ever. Absolutely recommend.

I can see why this Subway has such a low rating. Waited excessively long while snotty kid was doing online orders. Then when decides to help, cuts me out to help the guy that just walked in after I waited 10 mins…but then piped in when I asked a question of the girl clearly in a job difficult for her skill level. They couldn’t break a 100 bill “because it would take all their change!” Of course it would because they do not do enough sales in day to cover. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

I like their food. My only beef is they are usually short handed during the lunch and dinner rushes. There is usually a line of 3 or more customers waiting. And the staff are visibly unhappy! Irritable snarls on their face while making your sandwiches. But i still go here and try to kill with kindness and understanding.

This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered a salad and it was delicious. Staff greeted me immediately when I walked in. The store was clean and looked well maintained. I went to dine in around 1145am – right before the lunch rush. I was able to have my meal made within 5 minutes.
As I ate, I noticed that there were several online orders coming through. But there was also a line of people waiting to order. I can imagine it would be stressful to want to get your customers in line served yet also meet the time requirement on an online order. The 2 women working handled it well and efficiently. It would have probably helped if there had been a person working for the sole purpose of handling online orders so both lines (in person and digital) could move quickly.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences since they have had new ownership here . The sandwiches are fresh and made neatly . The employees are nice and helpful. I even ordered at 8 pm at night and had delicious sandwiches and great service . I will be coming back ! Thankyou for making this subway nice again .

Was told they were closed 10 minutes ago all items still available in counter girl on phone in backroom, very dissapointung since the store had been closed pretty much everyday for 2 weeks

I’m not usually a big fan of Subway, but this one was fantastic. The flatbread was excellent, and everything was fresh. The girl working was very nice and made sure I got exactly what I ordered. Goes to show that when you have employees that care about the customer the product is always better. Will definitely be returning soon.

We ordered 3 footlong Meatball subs and each chose different toppings for each of our Subs. We each chose to have them toasted. Good thing we did, because by the time we drove three minutes back to my daughter’s apartment the meatballs were cold. Makes me wonder if the meatball warmer was not working properly? Because they should have been hot still considering they each went into the oven to be toasted. We were able to walk right in and be helped as it was just the employees and us.

Been coming here as infrequently as possible for several years, but had to again today. This place is consistently the most absurdly slow place to get food anywhere. There were 3 people in line, how long could that take?? Challenge accepted by the clowns “working”, 15 minutes later and the first guy was still waiting for his sammich. I left, my break isn’t long enough to come here ever again. How can they stay in business making 4 sandwiches an hour?? Never again.
