Subway is really good at delivering good food at a good price. This location was a little different however. The staff were kind, but didn’t care about anything too much. It was the first time I was disappointed with the sandwich I recieved becuase of the quality of its preparation. It was just sloppily done. The store in itself was well kept and clean. Overall good experience!

Terrible service and preparation!
We ordered through the app and when we arrived to pick it up they still didn’t have it ready. Also the subs looked horrible and unappetizing, they had very little turkey and almost no cheese, I asked for extra cucumbers and this is what I got.

A location with a more upscale feel than other Subways. The sandwich artist was making dough for the freshly baked bread we enjoy on every sandwich. I had just gotten my hair cut and needed some wholesome comfort food. Subway provided and I enjoyed my moment of blissful rejuvenation. I walked in humbly, but I transformed with my order, “The Boss”. A cheesy meatball marinara sub with pepperoni. You will find delicious delights no matter your taste. They mean it when they say “Subway, Eat Fresh”

Would give a 0 if I could. Placed an order at 7 PM for 5 sandwiches. Got a call from the store informing me that orders of 5 sandwiches and larger are considered a catering order and they were canceling my order…. News to me. I’ve ordered 5 sandwiches from this location previously without issue… and what if I just walked in and ordered 5 sandwiches…?… They also said they were getting ready to close even though the website clearly states they are open until 10. Highly disappointed. Reordered at the other location by Safeway without incident and my order was ready to pick up in just 10 minutes.

So the food has been fine. The consistency is where it lacks. Came a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday and it was closed but everything said it was open. This time. The open sign was on but the store was so dark I couldn’t tell if it was open. As I approached the store I could see the crewmember was sitting in a chair behind the counter. When I walked in there were a few dirty tables and the lights were in fact off.
The assistant came in and turned the lights on which I thought was a good example.

My wrap was well-made by the artist. However, apparently the store was broken into last night, and the woman working there looks deeply distress and doesn’t feel safe as it looks like she’s alone. No one seems to be trying to help her at all, and I am worried how safe she will be tonight.

Given that this is a Subway sub shop no expectation that it’s going to be a high-end sandwich store. In that regard this location meets all expectations of a Subway chain restaurant. The location is fairly close to interstate 5 with easy access and plenty of parking. It’s a fairly new shopping center as well.

Wednesday May 17th , this location had only 1 girl working during peak lunch rush, she did a great job but to leave 1 person to handle walk in orders/doordash orders during peak times is just insane. Ownership should make sure atleast 2-3 people minimum working at these times, they wont be able to retain employees with these types of practices. The girl working their today should be payed 30/hr for how much work she is doing by herself. 5 stars for the employee working alone, 1 star for management

Still paid for full price $9 foot longs because we ordered them & they made them, just wish there was better way for app to mark who is participating & who is not.
