Clean as ever very friendly women who were working the service was timely.
there was a customer who was slower and possibly frustrating the pleasantry of the person at the register was incredible.

On Sundays in Honolulu’s Fort Street, this Subway keeps downtown from dying. Owned and operated by the McCreadys, this feels much more like a family restaurant than a standard franchise. The husband and wife team remember sandwich preferences, are super friendly with kids and add life and a lot of warmth to beautiful but deserted Fort Street every Sunday. All ingredients are always fresh and tasty.

The food is spoiled!!! I ordered a tuna sandwich at first he only put two scoop of tuna, I asked him why only 2 scooped. He them said that’s what he used to putting, I told him a footlong should be 4 scopes of tuna he them put the 4.
I asked to make it a meal with the drinks & chips. I also ordered 3 cookies on the side, he trying to convince me that the meal only comes with the drinks. And I he charges me again for the chips. After going back and forth with him i just walk of.
Starting to eat, only to find out the tuna was spoiled, I didn’t even bother to complain I just walk out..

You standard subway but in heart of downtown. Convenient location and fast service. Has both interior and exterior seating area. Cookie and chip selection is good. They tend to not give you your receipt recently so please ask of you want it. Not sure if they don’t want you to fill out survey for free cookie or what. They accept the mobile discounts and paper coupons. Staff has changed recently.

This place was awesome. This franchise did not appear to be a franchise from the moment you walk in, it was friendly, inviting and felt like Hawaii. The owners Dina and Brant kept my mother amd I company while we ate. They kept us laughing and we all enjoyed just talking about family. This place was very clean,organized and food was very fresh along with beverage machine which was clearly cleaned, and wiped down. You can tell soda machine was cleaned because it didnt have that old taste. Owners were so friendly and their serving was like no other subway. Now.. we had the salads which they were very knowledgeable on their menu and I was not. I am so glad we stopped here and ate. Thank you for making it enjoyable.

Just a Subway. It’s not the closest one to my office so I don’t eat here often. The ladies on the sandwich line are good at trying to move it along. You may have a better experience if you go in knowing what you want, sometimes they’ll go down the line to queue up orders and ask you before you even hit the menu. I feel like most people are familiar enough with Subway where it’s not really an issue though. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating at this one.

I have always had good service at this location. The crew there seems the most efficient I have encountered at any Subway here in Hawaii or on the mainland. I have used this Subway both for personal and business meals. The staff is friendly and helpful.
