Snow “Blizzard Head” Trooper
Had a double birthday dinner and it was great. We were a party of seven and the staff was super polite and attentive, helping us with everything we needed. The kids loved the show, and the food was tasty. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.

My fiance and I had our engagement party here! What a great time with friends and family. Food was amazing… wish I took more pictures! Service was great. Atmosphere top notch. The outside area that we rented out had plenty of tables to fit probably ~50 people, adorable lights, pretty greenery. It was perfect! Highly recommend renting out the outside area, so private it felt like our own place. (Plus great vegan options for my vegans!!) Thank you Mt Fuji team!!!

Staff was inviting and friendly. My review is based on comparison to other hibachi places we have been to. Food not exceptional, but good. Portion size for price point was definitely smaller compared to other hibachi restaurants we have been too… especially the protein and veg portion. The “show” part was kind of lacking. I’m used to more food being thrown in our mouths, jokes during cooking, and saki being squirted in the mouth. We were only thrown 2 veg a piece (until we had success. ) I was only thrown one bc i got it on the first try. No saki, no other food thrown, and no jokes… which usually adds to the fun and experience. Our top hibachi place actually always brings a couple pieces extra shrimp even for the ppl who didn’t order it, but not here. Kinda skimpy I would say. Overall it was OK, but not our top spot. I would probably go back if he had a huge gathering maybe, but not for our family dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed dinner date with my daughter at Mt.Fuji. Had a wonderful time . As always courteous and knowledgeable staff, fast service and always delicious food. Had to have the green tea fried ice cream. Highly recommend this place anytime.

I have been coming to Mt Fuji for several years and the food is the freshest around. The service is impeccable along with the prices. They treat you like family, I highly recommend this restaurant

Really nice place to go to for celebration. The atmosphere is very good, well lit with a nice overall relaxing feel to it. They have Kobe beef, which was very good, and their shrimp was delicious as well. Sushi and dumplings were worth trying for sure. Fuji apple sake was a good experience. The lamb chops were very nice as well, but it was a bit messy to eat those. Will return to try other dishes!

Two in our group thought the food was undercooked. Service was just ok and atmosphere at the Hibachi station felt tired and dark. Dining area with tables looked more inviting.

Best hibachi hands down! We ordered the steak, scallops, chicken and shrimp, and everything came out perfectly! Our hibachi chef was also very entertaining, singing and serving us fried rice, while flaying our food and lighting onions on fire! I really think this place is the bomb! Pricey but worth it. They also have a ton of pics of Will Smith in the lobby, haha! The sake was definitely great as well.

Nothing special. I prefer A1 Japanese Steakhouse but today we decided to try something new and it didn’t meet our expectations. To begin, it was too much waiting. We had to wait a while to place our drink orders and actually getting them. As for the food wait, we ordered about 30 minutes before they came out to cook which is long because hibachi usually is a quick service; you order, they come out and cook, but this took forever. We came in at 7:30 and got out by 9:15pm.
As our dinner went on the people weren’t as attentive and getting refills was too much of a hassle because they weren’t around. But as for the taste, my dish (chicken, calamari & rice) was pretty bland and overall not worth the money; sushi was good though. Lastly, gratuity is included which isn’t an issue at all but the service wasn’t up to par with the tip. If they want good tip they should give good service, otherwise they’re just getting tips for no reason. Wasn’t a terrible experience but definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.

We recently went for Hibachi for my daughter’s birthday. A large group of 12 and I had never been to this Hibachi restaurant before. There was confusion on how to order as some of the guests had never eaten Hibachi style. I asked our server to explain to everyone and she rolled her eyes when I said we could not hear her. The Hibachi chef did not perform any of the standard “tricks” and he forgot 3 food items; I had to remind him twice that he missed some orders. Finally, the food was so over salted with what I assume is an MSG additive that I personally found it inedible. My daughter had fun and that is ultimately what mattered.
