Just placed an order and I knew something was weird when their website apparently processed my order (exact amount taken from my account) then site goes right back prompting me to reput in my payment info.
Long story short I was charged, just for the location I chose telling me they didn’t receive My order.

Probably the best location I ever been to in Hawaii. Very Clean and Fresh atmosphere. Doesn’t have funny smell. AC is cold! Great snack and drink selection.

The food was okay, and that is where the pleasantries end. The line was ridiculously long and there were only two older ladies who seemed to not have the ability to move with a sense of urgency. Lastly, I guess they don’t have a standing policy of putting your items that were purchased in a bag. They just handed me my food with no bag.

Bit slow on the uptake today. I think if you are going to put a trainee on, they should have a badge so we can cut them some slack. It took me too long to work that out today.
The prices on the board are almost impossible to read.

The worst subway that I’ve ever been. The crew this afternoon is so bad. Giving attitude to customers. Looks like they don’t wanna be there. No hair net for the workers making my sandwich. Gross. I have to disect my sandwich for hair. I don’t know who is the supervisor for that shift. She should be fired. They are moving slow.

Came in around 8:30 pm and the girl (Taelyn) working there was extremely rude and stern. She had an attitude and would not recommend. Not even a smile on her face.

The worst subway I’ve been to. The employees were extremely rude. They were complaining when I wanted to customize my sandwich. I asked for a variety of vegetables. They barely put anything on my sandwich. I asked one of the ladies if they were hiring, and right when she was about to answer, a lady at the register screamed NO, disrespectfully. They have no regard for customer service.

Out of the four separate occasions dining at this restaurant, the customer service has been increasingly poor. Each time I enter the restaurant the employee establishes a tone that my food order is a major inconvenience to their day. The food is good but customer service is more important in my opinion.
