Try scamming people. Ordered the footlong daily sub meal for $10.99. Claimed the computer was not working so would have to charge me full price for an extra 6” on top of the daily deal which would have been $4?or $5 more . I just said never mind. I am sure they claim this to scam people out of more cash. If computer not working you should figure a way to charge the $3?upcharge or just give for free until you fix your equipment. Not customers problem. Will not be back.

Extremely rude service. Very unfriendly to children. I had a child with me who was taking a little time to order. The staff was impatient and rushing me as though they were doing me a favor by making a sandwich. And the point of sale terminal has the gall to ask for a tip. Really don’t recommend the abysmal quality of service at this location.

My experience at Subway was absolutely unacceptable. The staff’s attitude was not only rude but also dismissive and completely lacking in professionalism. As a customer, I expected my questions to be answered and to be treated with basic courtesy, but instead I was met with disrespect and indifference. This kind of behavior doesn’t just disregard customer satisfaction — it actively damages Subway’s reputation as a trusted brand. People come here to spend their money on food and service, not to be treated poorly. This location fails to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. Management urgently needs to address this problem, or more customers will continue to walk away. As for me, I will never return to this store again.

My visit to Subway was an absolute disappointment. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I walk into a well-known chain like Subway, my basic expectations are fast service and polite customer interaction, but instead I was met with hostility, disrespect, and careless behavior. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable. As a customer, the very least I deserve is to be treated with courtesy, but at this location even the most basic standards of respect were completely absent. It is very disappointing to see a global brand like Subway represented in such a negative way. I will never return to this location again, and I will be warning others about this experience.

First of all the place is a mess and was kinda dirty. But the thing I can’t stress enough was the fact that I ordered a “toasted” sandwich and they put it in the toaster for 3 seconds and took it out. Like what? You don’t know how to toast a subway sandwich? As you can see in the picture they did a horrible job assembling the sandwiches and toasting it. I wanted the cheese melted why would I ask for toast if it’s not melted. The workers working there was also very questionable. One guy kept putting the wrong ingredients cause he “heard wrong”. My friend would order some tomatoes and he would put mayo on the sandwich. Like what? If you didn’t hear properly ask again. And another employee just didn’t listen and looked like she dozed off when I was ordering. The sandwich also didn’t have the sticker to seal the sandwich, so it fell it apart in the bag and I had resamble it. I am a big subway fan and to see this ,is very disappointing , please do a better job of training

Subway is one my favorite and to go place but I am giving this one 2 stars not because of service over but because of Subway it self. There was a huge que and only one person was working and plus he had to make those online ordered sandwiches. This poor fellow was so busy and working and working. There were no help for him which cost us time. Subway managers please put more people in your outlets.

The guy that works there is drunk all the time. I do doordash and can’t get a correct order. It isn’t fair cause people pay for that. Don’t go there after 5pm, its a mess. Better go to the Subway next to 7eleven nice staff 10/10.

Very polite owners and the bread was properly roasted and not soggy like some places make them. Also gave me plenty of olives when I asked for it without having to pay extra (some places have me pay more for that).

I walked in at 8:40 pm with the family and there was 1 customer ahead of us in the line. Employee told us he is closing and can’t help us.
For the owner: Your business is in high tourist traffic area. 100s of customers looking for food.
