I was there today on 7/25/25 during the lunch rush around 12pm and I had ordered a head and I arrived around like 10 minutes later and I came in and I asked “Hey I have a online pick up “ And the Girl worker doing the sandwiches was being very rude about me asking if it was ready and she said she didn’t see my order and she said “ I don’t get orders until 15 minutes later” Which I get and I wasn’t Saying anything or being rude or anything I was waiting and I had made a joke saying “that’s funny cause every time I come in they’re always ready right away” Which I didn’t really mean to be rude I was just laughing because it’s true. Every time I walk in there it’s always ready and I’m surprised it’s not like I was standing there. Demanding my sandwich because I knew it was ready like no I expected to see the ready or not it’s not that big of a deal, but you do not have to be rude about it. (it popped up right after she said that) . So she made my sandwich and then another girl worker came up next to her doing another sandwich next To her and they were both whispering and looking at me talking smack I’m not sure what they said, but I definitely shouldn’t be talked about especially if I’m being nice as a customer And waiting patiently

After going to 3 different locations,I realize that the prices have tripled in a short time.i used to love subways,the people,the atmosphere and the reasonable prices,The 5 dollar foot long is 15dollars more now,and God forbid you add anything, that’s another couple dollars.i understand the costs of things have increased but not tripled.its cheaper to go to a restaurant and order off the dinner menu.i ordered two foot longs,two cookies,two drinks and it cost me almost 50dollars,I mean I’m not rich but I work for a living and subways is not a bargain a quick lunch or whatever you get there.and your lucky if you can understand half the people that work there they are always talking to someone thru a ear bud. NOT me and that’s just rude!!

Used to go to this location multiple times a week. After how I was just treated I will never return. Went to refill my drink from the lunch that my wife got me while still running errands in town. The rude employee then tried to confront me as if I’m stealing a drink. I have the cup and everything. still has cold ice in it! Proceeded to argue with me then film me and follow me outside taking pictures. Then refused to give district managers number. Claimed “we don’t have one of those”. Losing a customer that comes in multiple times a week Over a drink that costs your company fractions of a Cent? That’s how you wanna treat people? This place will go out of business soon just like the rest.
I made sure to go back in and throw them a 20$ for the drink I already paid for- since they seem to wanna treat me like a bum. That’s the last $ I will ever spend at any subway in Oroville. Good riddance. You don’t treat people like that.

I just want to give a shout out to the girl that took my order today (9/5/22). I asked for a 12 inch Meatball/pepperoni sandwich with the meatballs cut in half, extra sauce, add provolone & mozzarella, with green peppers, red onions, and pepperchinoes and all toasted. Not only did she deliver my request, it was done perfectly . She never gave me a ‘side eye’ at my request, she just simply made me THE BEST TASTING sandwich EVER!

I was visiting family members in town and we stopped for a quick dinner. I was impressed with the interior. Very clean and bright atmosphere. The staff were very polite and friendly. We were served promptly and the food was very tasty.
