Recently ordered chick fil a near me , was very excited to eat after a long day . Long story short I opened my food and saw a tail , didn’t think nothing of it until I picked up my top bun and seen a mouse shapped chicken that is suppose to be a spicy chicken sandwich.

Had the best experience there today hosting part of my son’s 8th birthday party. We did an activity first and were looking for a place to have a meal and do cake after and this location went all out! They reserved a section, had food waiting and set up a jumbo connect four and other board games. They gave a gift to the birthday boy and a party favor of a free treat to the rest of the guests. It was so easy to host here and they were wonderful to work with. Would host another birthday party here for sure. Everyone was so pleased.

Riley is a very professional and nice manager – he does his job with courtesy, calmness and understanding. He turned a bad service situation into a pleasant ending and solved the issue at hand with professionalism – I made mention of him to corporate as well. All managers should treat patrons and issues in the manner in which he did.

Everyone is so pleasant!!! I would give this location 10 stars if it was an option!!! I walked here while I am waiting for my vehicle. Even though there is still a lot of piles of snow, I decided to go the mile plus to get some good food!!!

Everyone was very kind, amiable and attentive! The food was fresh and timely. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. While there, I loved hearing stories of how the location intentionally gave out all of the first 100 cards to service providers within the community! What a beautiful tribute as they start to care and support the community. I am excited to go back as well as witness how this location will continue to make an impact with all members of the community.

My new obsession is Chick-fil-A. I eat there once a week as a special treat. Everyone who works there and in other locations I visited are exceptionally nice. It is different than most fast food places where everyone seems disgruntled. You will find the opposite service and demeanor of all the workers at Chick-fil-A. Most importantly, the chicken sandwich is so good, I don’t seem to tire from it even though I eat there so often. Thanks for your reliable consistency, Chick-fil-A. See you soon…
