Pitiful sandwich! We made an online order today and what we unwrapped when it got home was one hell of a disappointment. The cold cut trio was ordered with provolone cheese and extra mustard but came without cheese and barely any mustard at all. The amount of veggies on it is an absolute joke! There’s barely any veggies at all! There’s literally 1 olive on it! Shame on you for sending this out the door! It was an online order so we weren’t there to watch the employee make the sandwiches and this is what you serve?! Nope, not going back here again

I got my food stamps today so hungry went to Subway to order two sandwiches and then was charged $40.35 3Xs.. that’s 120$ they stole and then trespassed me when I made a complaint to employee and called the police and told them I threatened to bomb the place. The city of Vacaville Police department will not let me file a police report. I even went to the police department to physically verbally request filing a report of theft and they denied me they did not allow me to file report. They told me it was a civil matter after they violated my rights putting me in handcuffs threatening to arrest me and take me to jail when I called them as a victim and I have proof of the charges!!
Do not ever in your life go to the subway they are skimming people out of their money and food stamps. They will pretend and act like the transaction didn’t go through and ask if you want to try again and hand you a phony receipt they will repeat asking if you want to try again if it doesn’t work and do this this until you decide to stop trying.
I knew I got skimmed and scammed the second time I tried and yet I still gave the benefit of a doubt and tried one more time….
Proof that they charged me 40.35 three times when they told police they didn’t and trespassed me after!!
Currently looking for lawyer so I can sue this company and the owners also the police department of Vacaville for wrongfully putting me in handcuffs violations of my 1st and 5th amendment rights

Sandwich was not as ordered I paid extra for meat that cost me 7.50 on one and 2.50 on the other, also the cost of avocado on one at 2.70 , and was not the meat,cheese and bread was not toasted as ordered ,and since it was meal chip that were suppose to come with sandwiches were not included considering price of 59.80 that is some bullshit. 2 footling meals and delivered cost 59.80 and the order was extremely wrong. This is theft of about 15.00 from my order.

I was the only one inside the store getting my sandwich. The lady’s working were rushing me out and it’s the middle of the day no where near closing. They operate differently than other subway stores. Instead of using a knife to fold my sandwich she used her fingers and pushed in the items in my sandwich. I asked her to use a knife for the second and she didn’t understand what I meant. Will not return out of rude service. I love subway and this sucks.

I really enjoy Subway sandwiches. You can just go in, order every little thing you want, and leave with a meal. I also love how well the sandwiches do in the fridge. You can eat half of one, and eat the other half hours later with the same fresh taste.

They always have my favorite green tea and the menu section is always available, they always have all the ingredients.
I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid, they’ve kept me as a customer ever since. Lovely and friendly staff.
