On August 12, 2018 I was in this subway to place an order. The group ahead of me was a group of 6. One of the persons after making an order decided to make a second order. The manager of the store made the decision to allow the guy to get back in line ahead of me. I was in pure shock after waiting 15 minutes while the group of 6 completed their order. We have all learned in kindergarten proper etiquette. If you placed your order sit down started eating and decide to get an additional sandwich, you have to go to the end of the line. The manager did not acknowledge my 15 minutes of patience. UNBELIEVABLE. Manager needs to attend proper service etiquette classes. I would eat there 4 times a month. No business from me ever again!

Use the subway app. You collect points. Super easy to use. Sandwich ready to go when you get there. It will even give you directions. This subway in particular is super clean and nice. Also, they have a touch screen drive thru. It’s very cool.

Subway is always good because it is self designed. Be wary of condiments and foot longs if you’re counting calories as everything is based on 6inch subs with no condiments. Otherwise I love Subway. This location is small, but gets the job done. They have friendly and fast service.

Service can make or break an establishment. I love Subway in general but a franchisee can definitely ruin their reputation. This particular franchisee was one of them. I could tell she was the owner. I walked in she was on the phone and saw me but continued to talk on the phone for a good 5 minutes. Her way of telling me she was ready to take my order was by pointing at the meat…while still on the phone. The pointing at various meats, cheeses, and veggies continued until my lackluster footlong was “complete”. I didn’t think it was possible to serve someone without saying a single word to them. But this subway proved me wrong 🙂 and that’s where you get your 1 star.

Always friendly service and fresh bread. The place gets busy from 11:45a – 1:30p during the lunch rush. Outside of that, there’s rarely a wait. Very clean and lots of parking. Also, Subway has great weekly deals when you sign up for their text messages.

The first time i went there it was ok. the 2nd time the server kept going back and forth, explaining to me that they did not offer what I wanted. she couldn’t make up her mind on which way she was walking, over charged me, and for the straw that broke the camels back I had ordered a salad. she took about 30 minutes to make it, I was 2nd in line. I was late getting back to work. I got back and sat down to eat my lunch, opened the bag pulled out the damn salad, and a plastic knife. I couldnt even eat the salad because the moron server gave me a damn knife. thankfullt I do not normally work in that area and wilk continue to enjoy the local subway who seems to train their employees.
