I decided to buy a chocolate chip cookie because they look so good in the case. So many chocolate chips, I was really looking forward to it. Then the guy whipped out a cookie already bagged, from a hidey hole next to the register, not from the case! He tried to do it fast, but I saw him, and wondered why would he do that? I thought he’s slipping me a day old cookie?! I get home & discover this chocolate chip cookie is almost completely devoid of chocolate chips! I mean, there’s like 4 chocolate chips in the entire cookie! That was no accident! Listen up- you may have won the chocolate chip battle, but you lost the war! I will never visit your subway ever again and I will tell people how sneaky you were. I hope it was worth a few chocolate chips to you.

If I could give ZERO STARS to this store, I would!!!
I have ordered from this location half a dozen times since March of this year, and every single time they have been rude and just trying to get me out of the store. Today, I ordered online to pick up but then needed to order a small kids meal meal once I got there.
I was told that they don’t have the bread for that. I looked at her with a puzzled look and said, what do you mean you don’t have the bread for that, It’s the same bread isn’t it? She said, no, we don’t have it. And proceeded to sell me a 6 inch. The 6 inch ended up being over $10 and thats without the drink and applesauce. All because she wanted cut two inches off of the six inch. She said that meant her bread would be off on the sizing for tomorrow’s sandwiches.
I told her that’s fine, you just lost my business. I will never order here again.

Probably one of the worst subways for customer service you can go to a couple of the employees are nice but today a man couldn’t even get a refill on his drink without being told no he couldn’t. I also heard the older lady that was working. Complained to the gentleman about smashing the chips when he wasn’t all he was doing was picking out a bag, but because of some kids a few days ago as what she said that was smashing chips what does that have to do with this gentleman? I will never be back in here to eat myself again because of the way they treated this man.

When they don’t have what you ordered you’re forced to adjust it and aren’t allowed to change the sandwich even though it was 100% their own fault, you end up having to take the loss. There won’t be a next time, I wish I had demanded a refund instead of obliging. Rude.

After a long hard day I thought I’d pop into my local Subway
I have not been at this store in probably a year due to traveling for my business
The place is now owned by Indians which I have absolutely no problem with
The problem that I did have was that the girl that fixed my sandwich was of Indian descent and was extremely hard to understand I asked her to toast My bread and honestly I didn’t even watch what she was doing cuz I was on the phone but my sandwich wasn’t toasted at all also she didn’t ask me if I wanted cheese but again I was on the phone you think that I would go and ask her for the cheese once I sat down and realized that I had no cheese
I did ask for avocado which I got one little slice all the time she was yelling at an older gentleman and it sounded like they were in a heated fight they were yelling at each other I think he is the owner there is absolutely no respect for customers trying to eat in quiet I got up to use the restroom and it was an absolute stinkfest the garbage can was overfilled no paper towels it was not a great experience at all in this restaurant that I went to for years when I was getting ready to leave the older gentlemen wished me a good day n8 I turn around and hollered back that this place was loud made a remark about the restroom being in such horrible shape also I had Pepsi for my beverage when I went to get my first refill it was out only carbonated water I told the young lady behind the counter the one that was arguing that the Pepsi was that was out her remark I could not believe she said
“I don’t know how to change it so you don’t have to drink something else!”
I inquired that the gentleman who she was arguing with new how to change the tank her reply was “yes he does but he’s too busy right now”
Wow this is wonderful service isn’t it I will never ever be back in that place again

Food was decent, however I was charged 32$ off my card. The bill including tip that I authorized was 22$. So someone pocketed an extra 10 bucks somehow. Won’t be back. If you like being ripped off, this is place for you.

Subway is pretty standard. You know what you’re going to get food wise. Its the staff that can make or break each store. Years ago the owner of this store was a jerk and he made anyone who worked here miserable. I knew some of them. I would avoid this store and go to others. But all has changed. Everyone seems to be happy, they do a good job, the customer is happy, and I come here instead of others.

I will never eat here. After seeing what happened to a friend of mine and the customer service that he received this is atrocious. Where’s the beef on this sandwich? And the handle it so unprofessionally the way she did. It’s a franchise and they shouldn’t own it. See the photo would you pay for the sandwich?

I had wonderful experience at this Subway this afternoon. I was served by Karen, who was so helpful in educating me about the different sauces and meet options they had to offer. She was quick and efficient with my order, and was kind to her coworkers when they asked her questions. When I ended up a couple cents short, they payed the difference. Truly an exemplar store. I’ll definitely be going back!
