Such a rude person behind the counter. You ask him to make a sandwich and he sneers. I politely asked him for extra lettuce and he slams down the knife he was holding to give me 3 pieces of lettuce. Terrible service. I understand that sometimes people are having rough days but I’ve gone there for years and every time he gives me service he is rude and gives such small portions of veggies and toppings.

I did not write before but this was too much and I am going to do it now. Let me tell you this first to get it out of the way, he sandwich did not have right item and right amount in the sandwich too.
Last night I ordered a sandwich and I realized that I ordered it from wrong place. I tried to order somewhere I was closed but since Lincoln Subway was the last place I ordered by mistake the order went there.
I could not cancel by the app so I tried to call and have them cancel the order so I could order from where I was. Despite number of times I called no one picked up the phone. So I decided to drive and see if they were busy to pick up the phone.
When arrived the only person in the store was the worker who is sweeping. He saw me looked up and continued to sweep told him here to pickup order. Also I told him when the phone rings you need to pickup he did look at me and turned his back to me continued to sweep. Before i had issue too but this was a cherry on the top. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

This location doesn’t like accepting Subway coupons and the staff is extremely rude. They made me drive all the way home to print the coupon, even though I showed it to them on my phone with a valid code. It’s ridiculous.

My daughter loves subway! And we choose this location more often than not. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and fast! The food is always fantastic. They take coupons and every experience we have here is great. We plan on coming here many more times in the near future.

My Aunt got us sandwiches there and they overcharged her by one sandwich. She goes there all the time. The next day she brought her receipt in and the manager who charged her out told her she was lying and he charged for the correct amount. They lost more business here. The management needs help on how to treat customers.

I was greater as I entered and the 2 people working the front on Tuesday 8/15 around 11am had the best attitude. Very happy to help and when I didn’t know what I wanted the man gave me suggestions. This was the customer service we have been missing lately .

There was a hair in my wife’s sandwich and the manager refused to give her a refund because the sandwich had been partially eaten. This is the second time we have found an employees hair in our food at this location. We will not be returning.

The sandwiches are made well & the ingredients are in very good condition, including the choice of breads! You get exactly the way you want your food prepared & the prices are great with the numerous coupons to be found about! The soup is kinda like instant, only broccoli & cheese for a choice but the cookies are sweet & worth their special prices!!! Lots of healthy looking clientele frequent the foods offered!!! What more could you ask for?

I stopped by here for lunch today and ordered a Turkey Italiano like I always do at Subway. The guy behind the counter said they can’t make that sandwich. I told him it’s exactly the same as the BMT, just subbing turkey for the ham. He said, “I know what it is. We don’t do that. We can make it for you but it will be extra.” I told him I order it all the time at Subway and he told me they don’t do it at their location. I tried one last time and said, “Can’t you just ring it up as a BMT?” He said no, we can’t do that. I left. On my way to where I was going I stopped by the Subway on Greenback and ordered the exact same thing. No questions were asked and they rang it up as a BMT like every other Subway always does. Based on other reviews I read about this location this type of customer service seems to be common. I will not be back to this location.
