Great service and great food, as always. Super clean inside. The team was actively cleaning and handling business. This location has a drive thru as well. Outdoor seating dining area too.

My sister went in the store on Rt. 37 and placed a large order(approx $250 and a tip) to be delivered a week later for her son’s birthday party. About 10-15 minutes before the chosen delivery time she received an “on the way” text. She had the front door open and was waiting in the livingroom when she received a “delivered ” text. Huh? No doorbell rang or no knock received, she looked on her porch and there was NOTHING. There was also no delivery photos of her porch/front door sent to her.
The driver would not answer his phone. She texted him and his reply was “No English. Georgia “… we guessed the country of Georgia…? …she used Google translate to send a message in Georgian and drop an address pin. Still no food and a house full of people. Who knows where the food went! Ended up ordering a bunch of pizza in a pinch.
She spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Chipotle and either Door Dash or Uber eats( I forget which one Chipotle outsourced to). Still nobody knew where the food went. She was also told the delivery driver was harassed when he made the delivery! Who would harass a guy dropping off all that FREE food???
When she ordered, you would have thought they would have told her they outsourced delivery. It was 5 mins away, we would have run over to pick it up. Chipotle was refusing to give her a refund and this was a place she had done orders like this several times before. She ended up speaking and emailing people even the next day. They FINALLY agreed to refund her money! She called her CC and stopped payment just in case. How do you LOSE $250 worth of food? We are talking trays and trays of stuff. I hope that driver was fired.

There’s a few chipotles in the area and this is by far the best one!! Came in tonight around 8 PM. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were stocked and hot/fresh, and the staff was so kind. I know it’s not the most glamorous of jobs, but cashier with the mustache and guy on the line were so nice. This puts the other location on Hooper to SHAME!! I had to leave there and come here and will never go to the other one again. 37 chipotle all the way!! Thank you for doing your jobs and doing them well! A little kindness and preparation go a long way in this industry.

So, out of all the Chipotle’s in the area I’ve never been to this location and I have to say I’m pleased.
it was clean and stocked the staff were attentive and kind, definitely fair portioned and not at all dirty:)

I’m never gonna tip for to go again literally skimp ever portion of the meal yet have the audacity to ask for extra money at least put a real amount of cheese or rice or beans not even gonna mention the sparse amount of chicken placed i never thought a salad could have more tomatoes then lettuce

First time at a Chipotle and I am done with assembly line food. The onus is put on the customer to be fast. My daughter’s taco shells were empty when I got home. The burritos were exploding with filler. Bubbakoos was bad but this is worse. They make it in front of you but I can’t instruct the person making it every common sense amount of stuff to use. Just give me the spoon in that case.

Great location! Staff is very friendly, food is nice and fresh. One thing I noticed is that the layout is a little awkward but I am amazed at how much functionality they fit into such a small location. Parking lot is a little tight and fills up quickly but I’d say this place is more geared toward take out with their drive-thru
