Honestly this is the worst subway I’ve ever been to! I went on a sunday at 5 and there was not 1 customer in there but the whole dinning area was dirty. I presented the coupon in the picture and was told I could only get either a spicy Italian, cold cut combo or a meatball sandwich. THATS IT! Only 3 options! I said “but the picture shows turkey?” She said she didn’t know why. ALL the other subways honor this coupon. But this one will not. Then on top of that the WHOLE bin of lettuce was old and wilted. I’ve NEVER had a good experience at this subway.

Worst subway experience ever. I ordered 2 footlong turkey sandwiches and at first the girl was going to give me both white when 1 was supposed to be wheat. She didn’t understand English very well and the manager lady had to translate to her to change out 1 of them for wheat after I asked if it was wheat and she said yes, then they don’t accept coupons here which I’ve never had a subway not take them. The bread was hard and crunchy, the white bread tasted sour, and there was hardly any turkey on the sandwich. On top of that they didn’t even cut it in half or label them. We threw the white bread sandwich away cause it was sour. Can’t use coupons, lousy service, and not fresh bread, and skimpy on toppings. I won’t visit this location ever again.

Ordered a deal through the app here because it said it was a participating location. Arrive there to find their “system has voided it” because they don’t accept coupons. Then they shouldn’t be on the app. I told the girl with fake lips that if they honored the coupon, they wouldn’t lose business. She said, “it’s not my problem.”. By the very definiton, it is their problem. Avoid.

I will never order from this restaurant again. I placed an order on the app as I had no time. I wanted to pick up and get back to work. The app allowed me to use a coupon and told me that my pick up time was 12:40pm. I arrived at 12:45 and the cashier told me, ” I just canceled your order, we don’t accept coupons”… why wait until I arrived? Unacceptable

Ordered a foot long steak and cheese and was provided the amount of toppings a 6″ gets. Can’t hat ahold of a manager or owner. This location 7800 North Sunrise never ceases to disappoint.

Manager here is a cheap skate won’t honor the buy one get one foot long coupon that is active and usable on the subway website. So be wary if you place online orders. You will get charged.. keep an eye on your bank statement and make sure the charge gets reversed or don’t attempt to use the coupon like I did. Instead go to a different location that will honor the coupon
