Here are my two dry footlongs I picked up about 20 minutes ago…. Both ordered with oil and vinegar. Not even good. I would go to beach hut deli instead this place is not it.

Worst subway experience ever. I ordered 2 footlong turkey sandwiches and at first the girl was going to give me both white when 1 was supposed to be wheat. She didn’t understand English very well and the manager lady had to translate to her to change out 1 of them for wheat after I asked if it was wheat and she said yes, then they don’t accept coupons here which I’ve never had a subway not take them. The bread was hard and crunchy, the white bread tasted sour, and there was hardly any turkey on the sandwich. On top of that they didn’t even cut it in half or label them. We threw the white bread sandwich away cause it was sour. Can’t use coupons, lousy service, and not fresh bread, and skimpy on toppings. I won’t visit this location ever again.

Honestly this is the worst subway I’ve ever been to! I went on a sunday at 5 and there was not 1 customer in there but the whole dinning area was dirty. I presented the coupon in the picture and was told I could only get either a spicy Italian, cold cut combo or a meatball sandwich. THATS IT! Only 3 options! I said “but the picture shows turkey?” She said she didn’t know why. ALL the other subways honor this coupon. But this one will not. Then on top of that the WHOLE bin of lettuce was old and wilted. I’ve NEVER had a good experience at this subway.

They put zero meat on the sandwich! Worst subway in California .I go to many locations. Do not go! I asked for extra vegetables the owner wanted to charge me an additional fee!!!! Rude customer service . Dirty bathroom. Didn’t even wash hands before making my sandwich . Does not honor national coupons. Very frugal with ingredients and doesn’t even thank you for the business . Worst food experience I have ever experienced.

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE! The owner/manager of this business doesn’t appreciate his customers. I placed an order online for my family’s dinner with the coupon the WEBSITE SAYS THEY ACCEPT. The owner canceled my order 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time because he doesn’t want to accept the coupon and “doesn’t know how to turn off the coupon” YOU ARE A FRANCHISEE AND DON’T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS. No wonder the rating here is SO bad. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. This owner doesn’t treat people well at all. I would say don’t work here and don’t order from here! DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES.
