I typically frequent the location on Harris Street by Winco, but their oven has been broken on my last few visits so I opted to drive a little out of my way and try the location on 4th street. That was a mistake I will not be repeating. I don’t often feel frustrated enough to go online and write a nasty review, but I am feeling downright ripped off. Long story short I ordered my go-to sandwich, a foot long outlaw. I typically like to get just the meat, cheese, onions and peppers toasted separately from the bread because I feel like toasting the bread makes it less tasty. Now, when you get a footlong sandwich toasted from the new menu at every other location I’ve been to, they take two brown little tubs, fill them each with meat and four slices of cheese, and toast them. Today, the rather unkempt and grumpy looking gentleman by the name of Marc filled ONE container with meat, four slices of cheese, took it into the back- I assume microwave it even though the oven seemed to be functioning just fine- and spread that thinly over a footlong piece of Italian herbs and cheese. Essentially, I paid for a footlong but got a 6 inch worth of meat and cheese. At this point I was incredulous enough to at least ask “I’m sorry, I thought the outlaw was supposed to come with double cheese”. This seemed to frustrate Marc, but he obliged to put four more slices of cheese on the sandwich- at no charge. This is when I knew something was up. They were deliberately skimping on ingredients- whether at the behest of management or simply out of laziness I don’t know. What I do know is I didn’t want to cause a scene so I politely paid for my meal and left, but I won’t be back. Ever.

I had a younger gentleman make my Sandwich twice last week He did an excellent job. excellent customer service when they were definitely in a lunch rush. This guy was pulling his own weight and then some. I think that sandwich architecture is something that is easy to do, but a lot of people making sandwiches just don’t pay attention. The sandwich was balanced with nothing falling out and everything distributequally throughout the sandwich. It’s about as much as you can ask for when going to subway.

Overall not a good experience. Likely not returning …. At least to this location.
At the date and time of my visit this Subway was not up to par at all.
1 staff member (the other was on break smoking in the parking lot), there was a line and there were online / delivery orders were being called in / waiting to be filled.
I had time so I waited. When it was my turn, I was informed that I had to wait as there was nobody avail to reset all the bread. (Dough had to be prepped and the cooked rolls needed to be transferred).
When I finally did get to order, they were out of various ingredients.
Ultimately I got a sandwich that was OK from what they did have available.

Do not go to this Subway. According to their own staff,, Management/Owner doesn’t care enough to discipline/replace staff who call in, leaving the remaining 2 staff to try and do everything. I ordered online and 30 minutes later they hadn’t even started it. Waited another 20 while they helped other customers in front of me. Staff is slow and exasperated. Send a message to these owner/franchisees; get your act together and care about your business/customers or expect Home Office to come visit you. Ill never visit this location again. You shouldn’t either unless you want to wait an hour for your food.

Either someone new was working or they just don’t care about your order when they are not being watched make them. We ordered a wrap and a Salad bowl online for pickup that was something directly off the menu. No alterations other than extra meat for the protein. When we came to pick up our order the salad was just that, a salad with none of the meats or other items that it was supposed to have and my double meat wrap had no meat at all. Not even sure what else to say other than no thank you.

She got my order right and she was very nice and patient and quick. I was happy. I always say go in rather than drive-thru though, that way you can manage coverage of dressing. Why does this sound dirty?

They wont answer their drive though, both employees were not clean and the counter was a mess. Neither would properly wipe it up and they just kind of smeared everything. The guy who was working was making racist jokes and kept wanting to talk to other people instead of actually helping you. They would drop your food in other containers and then just fish it out and put it on your sandwich. I’ve been there a few times and it always felt unclean. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, ever.

There was two people working here, one was helping us with our order. The other didn’t bother helping the next customer in line. It seemed like they could have stopped what they were doing to help the customers get through faster and it only made it more stressful for me to hurry up with my order and the employee trying to hurry my order to help the next customer.

Came in 9:30 all containers were covered. Gentleman didn’t wash his hands, gloves up after coming out of the back. Then served steak by hand without proper utensils. Woman came out straight to the line without washing her hands and made food. Neither employee made the sandwich correct. The whole time the employees acted annoyed with my presence and the other customer, he even said something about it. Untrained, rude and unsanitary. I only want a sandwich, so many times i try to pick up a delicious sub I have eaten 100 times. What I get? it isn’t even close. Frustrating

If i could leave a negative start review I would! I went trough the drive through and asked if I could get their southwest chicken sandwich as a wrap . When I got back to work and opened my wrap it fell open due to not being cut all the way through and being wrapped poorly. I then found there to be no bacon, avocado or cheese. When I reached out to the 4th st subway location to inform them of the mishap, I was met with conflict and informed that I was asked several times if I wanted the one with bacon and if I came back they would add the bacon but I wasn’t charged for the bacon one. I was very upset at being called a lair and being told that their inability to fulfill my simple order was my fault.
