Love the look. Relaxing place to think or work. An handful of customers were there doing just that. Fresh and inviting air flow. Happy staff. Let’s talk about Olivia! Awesome customer service. I could not decide what I was in the mood for so she kindly helped me find the right drink for my mood and taste. Definitely got the energy I was looking for. I had one of the seasonal lattes that comes with three espresso shots.
I recommend it. Tell them that the chef with the flower shirt cent u and say hi to olivia! She’s a gem of positive vibes.

Scooters is great – don’t worry, you can get everything here you can get at that “Other” chain, the one with HEAVY HANDED tip prompts (like paying $7 for a cup of joe that costs 70¢ to make doesn’t provide Starbucks with enough income to pay their employees a decent wage). Carmel Macchiato is my go to – so I ordered a white chocolate mocha with EXTRA CARAMEL and an extra espresso shot with foam on the top. This tastes even BETTER than the other company. I have gone to numerous Scooter locations and they NEVER hesitate when accommodating special requests (they even offer a “pup cup” to my frequent companion, my mini poodle!

I order an extra large drink and they didnt make it how i wanted it, she didnt even add the extra shot after i told her twice not to put 5 pumps of flavor i asked for 4. It was too sweet i didnt drink it. They dont care how you want it, wont be going there again. I left a msg they didnt even bother to get back at me

I’ll always go to Scooters over other popular coffee places. Always try different products and haven’t been disappointed. Son tried the candy bar one and was pleased – cool idea/option. I’ve only gone to drive-thru ones but this one you could walk-in. Fast service and staff always seems so happy and friendly.

Great coffee, less creamy/milky than some other places. Has a distinct after taste that could be from artificial sweetener but not sure. Very friendly staff. The bagel was awesome as well.

Here’s the thing, I normally don’t do these fancy coffee shops but I had taken the wife out Christmas shopping & had a bit of the holiday spirit. She wanted some hot cocoa as it was a chilly day so I said let’s go try Scooter’s since we were right by this location. I ordered from the drive through & a very nice young gentleman took my order & had me pull up to the window where he proceeded to tell me my total for two 16 ounce hot cocoas was almost $9!!!!! I very reluctantly paid the total because I figured maybe this would be the best darn hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life… I was wrong. It wasn’t horrible by any means but it wasn’t impressive either. It was just okay, kind of bland. After this I was much less in the holiday spirit & felt kind of like I was robbed by a very friendly teenager. The service was very good which I absolutely can not fault them for but the product fell flat, let’s just say this was my first & likely last visit to a Scooter’s Coffee Shop until I win the lottery or have a long lost rich uncle leave me a sizable inheritance.

The coffee is really good, every time i have scooters coffee i remember the infamous dialogue from MIB, “this coffee tastes like dirt, what do you want me to say, this was grounded this morning “. But overall a good taste and texture.
Also the cafe has as awesome atmosphere and seating, either for a group or a team meet, you can prebook the team meet room giving you a good option to have privacy.

I went through drive through, ordered a small strawberry and banana smoothie plus blueberry muffin. My order was not confirmed. At the window she takes my card. I requested a receipt. She hands a large drunk out the window and says thank you. I checked the receipt and was charged for large drink $8.00 and no muffins. I’m sure I was over charged. Everyone looked baffled when I explained this is not what I ordered. I told them that’s fine.
I suggest all orders being confirmed as protocol. It’s frustrating to the customer
