Asked for the fresh baked cookies that they had just made and lady charging said no because they are “hot”. Lol I didn’t want the old cookies. I wanted the fresh baked, like they advertise ? She said it nicely, but would’ve preferred her to say if I could wait a couple of minutes to let them cool off a little. Rather than the blatant no I was told.

I don’t normally take the time to ad reviews but after spending the day at the local KP hospital by father and I pick up sandwiches for the family back at the house, ordered the new specials and must comment that the service, quality of ingredients and taste at this location is better than I get at east Bay Area!! Thanks and will be back again!

Food is not good anymore, used to be good. It was poorly made, sub looked like a salad with bread. And $13 for a 6″ long, not worth it

The young lady at the counter did not want to be there, and she let it be known. When making our sandwich she slopped the sweet onion teriyaki chicken onto the bread. The bread was soaked through completely. It was mush. Worst sandwich, couldn’t eat it.

I did not feel happiness in this Subway. The food was like any other Subway but the attitude from the workers seemed tense. A phone order had come in three people working and they were going to do that order before my one sandwich and the order on the piece of paper looked very long.
