Used the drive thru to make an order..and did everything electric selecting what i wanted and they still messed up our order.. guess who ever works there dont know how to read.. wouldnt recommend to use drive thru better off going inside and making sure they can make a proper sandwhich

This place has the worst service they are slow like snails i dont think its the place thats the problem but the employees its not the first time i come here and although they are polite and clean even with no customers they are sooooooooo slow ! They need to change their employees they are not fit for the job im not the first who thinks this i witness a lady infront of me honking and honking at tge drive through they have also gotten my orders wrong sometimes i have come again and again thinking things will change but im always left dissapointed this can change for the better just need new employees because its not even client packed and you can be out waiting for 20-30 minutes i am writting this in the drivethrough with my car shut off waiting for my food trying to be patient despite beeing here forever

I came through the drive thru & ordered 2 sandwiches the toppings were wrong, the portions are off & the ingredients are not fresh. When I called to have my sandwiches remade,they let the phone ring 5 times & didn’t answer. So I drive back 10 mins to demand a refund just to find out the employees are high on the job. I am so disappointed. The older women gave me a refund & cash when I wanted it back on my debit card.she claims her register isn’t working correctly. And she didn’t want to give me back my recite so I’m sure it’s in your trash can. I’ve never had service so poor in years. I believe some workers at this location need to be retained.

The girl that helped us was excellent at making a breafast wrap. She did a great job. We love their breakfast so much healthier than any other fast food places. This store was clean and everyone was nice. A wonderful experience. Thx

Your automated menu got my order all wrong first we couldn’t find the cold cut sandwich so I then ordered the club sandwich without mayo,it had mayo without onion it had onions, without tomato it had tomato I was disappointed with my sandwich

Their sandwiches are WAY overpriced but with coupons or deals its more reasonable and delicious!
I love a 6″ and a cup of their cheddar broccoli soup! But ill stop for just soup too! So yummy!!

The night shift sucks , You have to beg them to give you a straw that came with your meal . I’m there honking , I had to called them thru the phone just for the straw after the lady with the muffin top answer she gives me the straw and don’t even say sorry about forgetting about it just throw it and go back to being lazy , ridiculous

My dad and I took the ultra-convenient drive thru to get some 6-inch tuna sandwiches and cups of broccoli cheese soup. We may have snuck in a macadamia nut and double chocolate cookies for dessert, one per person ☺️…delicious and filling, without (too much) guilt since we don’t normally eat breakfast!!

The drive thru is a major no go, there’s no point in ordering from the monitor if you’re still going to have to repeat your order to the employee and still have to wait 15mins for your order. Besides, the staff have zero patience with drive thru customers. Will never return to this location
