Went to the SUBWAY on north Wilson Way and was disappointed. They are just not up to par. The staff is nice and the place is clean but the food is over priced and tastes if its been sitting. The cookies were half baked and raw in the middle. I will not be returning.

i went to subway on 3/4/2025 at 1 pm . i m vegetarian and they did not change gloves and touch meat with same gloves . when they finish making it did not close the sandwich just out in bag and my veggies all came out . when i told them wrap it nicely lady start laughing at me . For the most part this Subway spot is really great. I always order through the subway app for pickup and have sometimes received a sandwich missing some ingredients or not toasting the bread when I requested it should be. Never any issues with the food quality itself.

The workers were ok. The food was fine. The messed up thing is that they didn’t let me use the restroom after I finished eating. I mentioned to the worker that I was under the impression that under California law, all restaurants must provide the use of a restroom to their customers.
The workers seemed to sympathize with me and said that I might be right but that if they let me use the restroom that the owner would write them up.
Using the restroom is almost a given after eating. If you want to eat somewhere comfortably and not have to rush out of there to use a restroom, go to another Subway or restaurant.

Well this is kind of in the middle of nowhere on Highway 12 but if you happen to be going through their young ladies that run the place for very nice and pleasant if the facility was extremely clean including the restrooms oh I got caught in some backup traffic’s all the subway in stopped in and got a nice time with you can always expect to get a nice sandwich at Subway so they have a pretty good guidelines for things so give him a try
