We recently went to Ash to celebrate our anniversary. My boyfriend and I had the best time! The food was amazing and everything we’ve gotten was top notch. Our favorite item of the night was the chicken liver mousse. The staff was wonderful. Chef Ferrel came out and explain every dish to us. He was so kind, respectful, and you can tell he loves what he does. He should apply to go on Top Chef!!! Our waiter Sunny was so lovely and attentive. The waitstaff was great as well. Maria was amazing and kept checking on us. Overall the experience was lovely and I have nothing negative to say. We cannot wait to go again!

First time to Ash last night and we were so excited to try as Rooster is our favorite in Tampa Bay and it didn’t disappoint. Gorgeous space, tasty and creative dishes, and great service from Taylor. We loved every dish, but some of our favorites were the oysters (loved the topping), the ribeye, pork, artichokes and finishing with the namelaka was perfect. Look forward to returning to try the pasta dishes. Highly recommend Ash!

A friend and I dined here this evening. We started with the focaccia and the Le Roots Farm salad—both were excellent. I then ordered the tonnarelli, which I enjoyed; the pistachio pesto was very well done!
My friend chose the lumache, which unfortunately was extremely spicy—so much so that she could only take one bite. There was no indication on the menu, nor any mention from our server, that the dish was this level of spicy. I tasted it as well and found it difficult to eat, which was disappointing as it meant my friend was unable to enjoy her meal at all.
We politely explained this to our waitress and asked to have the full dish boxed, hoping my friend’s husband might be able to eat it at home. The response we received from the waitress —“Well, I’m glad your husband will get to eat it at least”—felt dismissive and lacking the level of care one would expect at such a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, that interaction greatly impacted our overall experience and willingness to return.
The espresso martini and lemon drop martini were good, though not exceptional… $19 each. We split the check and still left a 20% tip per person. In the end, the total came to about $105 each, which was disappointing given that one of us was unable to enjoy a meal.

Sooo Ash was the perfect choice for my birthday dinner! The restaurant is absolutely adorable with its pink color scheme, which gives it such a great date-night vibe. Our waiter (I sadly forgot his name ) was wonderful and helped us navigate the menu, which is on the smaller side but clearly means everything is thoughtfully and carefully crafted. The chef even sent out a starter bread with some kind of cheesy goodness, and wow… so good. Everything we ordered was delicious, and I truly enjoyed the entire experience. If you haven’t been yet, this is a perfect spot for a date night or a special occasion dinner.

What we ordered:

Crispy Artichoke: Delicious

Chicken Cutlet: Fancy fried chicken and sooo good

Tonnarelli: Flavorful

I literally can’t say enough good things about this amazing place.
Everyone there is always in such a great mood. You can tell the owners/chef have a very close and great relationship with the staff.

The food is absolutely amazing.

I personally LOVE the sort of al la carte tasting menu if you will. I love exploring and finding new dishes that I’ve never tried before. I love that I have the opportunity to challenge my taste buds and Chef Alvarez does exactly just that.

The service here is 5 star through and through.

Thank you very much Ash.

I cannot express how excellent this meal was. The flavors were so unique; I’ll definitely be back soon to try more dishes!
We had the boquerones (anchovies), rabbit, beef cheek pasta, and shrimp scampi (more of a bbq shrimp style). The service was great as well.

Sunday morning breakfast for us. We each had a cappuccino which was very good. We split a steak burrito which was very fresh. The salsa was flavorless but the spicy mayo was tasty.
Complaint: one tissue thin napkin. We asked for additional and we were handed two tissue thin napkins. Also, no utensils provided to eat with. Had to get up from the counter and get our own. The female calling out the order names was sooooooo loud. Please, tone it down it down a bit on Sunday morning.
Very nice crowd though. Nice group of customers patronizing.
I would return, just not in a rush.

If you’re looking for a perfect night in Tampa, it starts at Ash. The vibe, the atmosphere, the food, and the staff were all absolute perfection. This is one of those places where you can feel how much time, effort, and passion went into making it what it is. I honestly can’t brag enough.

The food was fantastic from start to finish. We kicked things off with the Oysters (literally listed as “Oysters” on the menu) and wow… 10/10. If you’ve never been an oyster person, you will be after this. They were fresh, briny, and perfectly dressed – an instant favorite.

Then came the fried rabbit, and let me tell you — unbelievable. I would go back for that dish alone. The way they took a protein like rabbit and turned it into something so flavorful, so crispy, and so memorable blew my mind. Add the hot honey and it became next-level. This is a dish I recommend 100% without hesitation.

From there, we moved on to the pork and pasta, and again, absolutely incredible. The pork was tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with the feta, and the pasta was rich and comforting without being heavy. Every bite felt like it was crafted with intention.

Ash is one of those rare spots where everything hits. From the drinks to the food to the service (shoutout to Taylor, who crushed it all night), it’s a full experience, not just dinner. Tampa needed this, and I’m already counting down the days until I can go back. The staff was absolutely amazing. I can’t give enough stars. Amazing.

Really good vibe.
When we walked in 2-3 tables was seated,
I’m sorry, it shouldn’t take for appetizers to come out in 30-35 minutes .
It was ok, nothing much is standing out,
But rabbit and Hamachi were really good.
