RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL workers. Called the store 3x to get help about an order I previously made online and no one answered which meant I had to drive to location. The workers were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Gave me attitude when I asked to speak to the manager although I wasn’t being being rude to them. The lady behind the counter didn’t even let me try and explain the situation before cutting me off, blaming the misunderstanding on me and responding with attitude and hostility. Never have I ever written a bad review because I understand work can be stressful on the workers but the staff here was beyond rude literally made me want to cry of anger because I was just trying to have a conversation. AVOID this place unless you want to have to deal with rude and unwelcoming workers.

Although on a busy intersection of Soquel and Trevethan, the parking lot entrance is on the quiet street, Trevethan. The lot is not in but there are plenty od street parking. The restaurant itself is like any other Subway. Same menu and service.

Walked in and it was spotless. There were no crumbs on the floor, the glass was cleaned, the bathrooms were perfectly clean. The staff was nice, friendly. They have outlets for computers no WiFi though.

Petra was in a very bad mood and was very rude. She grabbed the sandwich bread and smashed it down flat. Then I ordered a sandwich from a promo coupon for the new capicola sandwich and she said we couldn’t use it. The coupon clearly excluded certain sandwiches and items and she still refused. I asked for a manager and she said it’s her day off and there was nobody in charge. At this point her mask was down and she was spitting all over the vegetables. I will never eat at this Subway again.
