i’m highly disappointed my family and i wanted to treat ourselfs to dinner out i got a foot long that was cut very poorly on top of that the lettuce was clearly very old and they gave me a total of 4 cucumbers on the entire sandwich this is not the first time this has happened. Save your money and go elsewhere

Store will close anytime they want , I went in at 8:15 and they were closing when the hours say 9. read in a lot of reviews they close early. They need to change their hours so people are not wasting their time going there . Rude part is the employees rolling their eyes at you .

If you have a coupon don’t dare to come in. They say they take them but you can tell how upset the owner gets and the girl working the register does to. They find excuses not to take them. I have been in there twice and both times “we do take them” but they don’t! If they are mailed home they should be honored. This location is literally up the street from home but I guess I won’t be coming anymore. They won’t take a coupon, give very little amounts of everything on the Sandwich and very bad attitudes. No thank you. There’s plenty more locations to go to.

I ordered the beast sandwich, it was more like the least sandwich. They definitely didn’t add enough meat because I went to the subway on Conduit and that was a REAL beast sandwich. So yeah don’t come here if you want more bang for your buck

Since the new ownership these new owners are super stingy on how they make their sandwiches. I understand there are protocols but it’s beyond that there and they error on the side of less. Everything cost more these days but we the consumer rarely seem to get our value of what we have to pay. It’s becoming ridiculous! Plus then all these places ask for tips? C’mon, I’ve got a tip for you…take of your blinders and start providing your customers with a good value for our hard earned money.

My subway was great it was delicious I go pretty often and fair toned girl always helps me she is very kind and makes my sandwiches good. However, I went today and some other girl was helping if me, but she was really rude, she was on the phone with her friend while helping me, like how rude where are the manners, you’re at work!!!

Super nice owners, they are HONEST with their portions. Communication is HUGE when it comes to making custom sandwiches and they nail the whole process.
Maybe they are new owners and excited and we are feeling some early positive vibes….but this Subway is the best in the Bay Area, I got cred to back it up…on my momma!

Great customer service, clean & safety procedures are followed. The service is excellent. The sandwiches are prepared skillfully & efficiently. Made to order without additional charges. They always ask if you’d like your item toasted or would like to add chips and a drink. Since I have been going regularly I have not been treated poorly. The staff is always friendly and smiling. A big plus is they are excellent listeners.

They rip you off and only give you half the meat on your sandwich and charge you extra for the right amount. Ordered a foot long and tried to put only enough meat for a 6 inch. After I called them out on it they added more meat and charged extra. And then they lie to you about it with a smile on their face because they know they are screwing the customer. Not worthy of one star.
