The food here is standard fare Subways. No reason to criticize the place for that. But what I do take exception with is the fact that my wife wants to go in there with coupons for special offers, but this particular Subway’s location has a habit of refusing to honor coupons. I understand that the corporate office issues the coupons and they always note that the franchise owners have the right to refuse to honor them, but this location seems particularly diligent about refusing them. Maybe this is more a criticism of Subways corporate — either stop issuing the coupons or else compel the franchise locations to honor them!

Absolutely terrible. Tried to make me pay for a sandwich that wasn’t even made yet. I kept asking if she even had the meat to make it but she just kept telling me the price. Cookies in case looked like they got left in the oven too long. This is literally the 3rd time I’ve tried to have a sandwich made here the other 2 times they seem to be either closed at random times or closed early. Don’t waste your time coming here hit a different place.

Ordered pickup on the app. Literally all but one of the ingredients I asked for was incorrect. I can’t eat red onion so I specifically removed it from the sandwich. I asked for extra spinach, less cucumbers, and jalapeños. I received a total of three little leaves of spinach, extra cucumbers, and red onions in place of the jalapeños. I asked for just a little oil and vinegar and the bread was sopping wet. Can’t blame there being a rush as there was no one in the store whatsoever, even when I went in to pick up. There wasn’t even an employee at the counter.
I’m thirty minutes away from the place and was picking up breakfast on the way home—going back would spend more in gas than the sandwich was worth.
Do yourself a favor and avoid.

The times I’ve been to this shop, they’ve made my sandwiches just as I would expect. They may not be as friendly, but I’ve not had any issues. All of my visits have been in the evening.
Update: I’ve downgraded two stars, and the reason is the last three times I visited in the evenings they’ve been out of tuna and refused to make more. Because the only time I can visit is in the evenings, I will no longer purchase from this location, that’s a loss of three foot longs I purchase every time I visit a Subway.

This wasn’t a pleasant experience, the wait and amount of food provided for the price is definitely not worth even coming. I had arrived to place a quick order for a spicy Italian foot long with only one customer ahead of me. The woman there was really, really taking her time even knowing she had a customer waiting. When she finally started making my sandwich I noticed she was very, very skimpy with the veggies. I politely asked if she could add just a bit more and she replied “If you want me to add any more then I’ll have to charge you more.” I’ve gone to many different subways and I’ve never had a location add toppings so sparingly. I had no issues with paying more if necessary but her rude response just made me want to leave and never return. I would not recommend coming here unless you are desperate for an anorexic sandwich.

Closed at random times of the day, probably due to short staffing since no one wants to work here. Constantly run out of tuna and won’t make more. Won’t cut sandwiches in half, barely toasts the bread. Sandwich quality ends up soggy and toppings fall everywhere. I’ve only ever seen one rude lady there which kudos to her for keeping it going but maybe the sub business is not for you, sweetie.

The info says that this Subway is open until 9pm. I have never seen it actually open until 9pm! Tired of going there only to find it closed, we called there at 7:42pm tonite (a Tues); tried 3x but no one ever answered ~ obviously, closed early again tonite. Maybe they wanted to get home early to watch Pres. Biden’s SOTU speech? Ha-ha! (Kidding…)
But seriously… If it’s a lack of business, maybe that’s cuz’, like my husband & I, people just got tired of being disappointed & took Subway OFF their fast food options list ~ plenty of other places open for us to grab some food. Sure hope the Subway workers aren’t charging the owner for hours not worked & no one even there?! Do not believe the hours listed here. If it’s past 7pm would be wise to call 1st, or at least have 2nd choice for food at the ready.

Sorry to hear Subway has been connected to Megan Rapinoe. My mother in law will be sorry too, as she is the one in the family who has enjoyed your sandwiches for years. One employee during a lunch shift, line to the door. People were walking out. Not the right way to run a business. The lady barely had a grasp of the English language. You have to constantly repeat yourself to get your order across.
