Their new Menu is pretty good. I had the No. 6 called “The Boss”, Pepperoni and Meatballs and two dinky pieces of Provolone cheese. Pretty tasty if you add whatever you like to give it a little balance on all the meat. Nice and drippy the way I like that kind of sandwich!

So when my parents went there today this one lady who they said was fat had told me that she couldn’t take my moms order at all, and then when they had got back and my dad called me down to get my food she had put pepperoni on my salami sandwich, I was so disappointed and disgusted.. like give my parents better customer service ♀️

This place is super annoying because they have on their door posted. They are open till 10 PM. Online they also have themselves listed as open until 10 PM. I ordered two sandwiches the other night at 9:15 PM and paid for them on the online app. I then went down to go pick up the sandwiches and the door was locked. I looked in and saw someone cleaning and knocked on the door which they looked up quickly and said they were closed and looked back down. I knocked again and did the same thing the third time I knocked super hard and said I ordered online and need some help. Reluctantly, the person came and told me they were close. I said you’re posted right here and pointed to the sign that showed 10 PM and he said that that was wrong. I also told him that it was posted online the same and he said that was wrong and old as well on Mike Wolfe maybe you should fix that? He was annoyed with being bothered and said to call management in the morning to deal with it and lock the door. This is some of the worst Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with not to mention I was hungry in one of my sandwiches. I live right down the street from this place and I’ve been a customer for the last seven years. I will now because of this terrible service, be using this place at the least amount as possible. They obviously have people working there that don’t care about the customers and it shows and every time I do going to pick up a sandwich that I ordered online. The atmosphere is like a morgue. No one is friendly here. No one seems happy and it’s a depressing place to come into. Not to mention the front door is always broken and cracked or something. The owners here need to really get their act together because I can’t believe this place is making any money with the service that they’re giving. I would not suggest coming to this location.

Why did this one taste bad? I can’t figure it out if Ingredients are always the same. Also they are under new management as of 11/2024. My 12 inch sub looked like a hotdog. He skimped on every Ingredient. Choose another establishment ! They are becoming like chipotle with their meat.
