This manager with name that starts with an H is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable .I ordered toasted bread and she says really rude what else?? I said tuna. She puts tuna on bread and started to toast!! I said nooo please don’t toast my tuna!!! She got really upset!! She said its cold tuna and I said thats fine. She was really combative!!!! I will go to a deli next time I want my sandwich!!

Just avoid the older lady, I didn’t get her name, she treats the toppings like each piece comes out of her paycheck. I asked for pickles and she gave me 3 small pickles. So I then asked if I can have more pickles and she grabs 1 pickle and puts it on my sandwich.
She’s done this before when I’ve asked for cucumber in the past. I legit have to ask for a numerical value when asking for more toppings or she’d just give me one.

The service here is great Veronica is always helpful whenever I go in to order! She’s positive and offers remarkable customer service! The location is kept so clean! My sandwich always tastes and looks phenomenal! Thank you Veronica for always brightening up the day and making one delicious meatball marinara sandwich! Next time I’ll have to remember to take a photo!

Place is clean but staff look like they don’t want to be there. I was in line for about 5-7 min and then even though I asked them if they have veggie patty they said yes but when it was my turn, this lady went to the back and said “I am sorry we don’t have veggie patty” so she made me wait for nothing, no cool!

The staff that worked the afternoon I visited were welcoming. The produce and bread doesn’t taste as fresh as I’d like and veggies almost look dried out a bit or as if it has been sitting out longer than a day. Quality could be improved, but for a quick sandwich, it did its job.

Great restaurant chain. Employees here need better wages / tips . It’s sad it’s overlooked just because it’s a sandwich shop but you complain about a sandwich being $9 when clearly you can make a sandwich yourself at home that doesn’t mean that you have to leave less tips in a jar just because a price was one thing a while ago you clearly pay $9 more than $9 for a combo meal somewhere else. Employees definitely make it a great atmosphere and who doesn’t crave Subway ⚡
