Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place was! The restaurant was clean, and the cashier was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the steak bulgogi bowl while my husband got the plate version, both were delicious. I also tried one of their refresher drinks, and it was so good! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I’d definitely come back for lunch again sometime.

This FB is meh. Kinda clean, not dirty. Friendly service, not InO or Chik Fil A tier, but not bad at all.
The food was standard, although the bowls were a bit light compared to other locations. I did have a bit of an issue with the half-acado on my bowls (see pic). Nothing to say here. They seen it, judged I’d eat that, and sent it on out…. and I paid for the privilege, twice. Bitter as they are ugly.
Next time when I say Waba on Foothill, they’ll listen.

I got a coupon in the mail. BOGO free. The employee at the register was friendly, helpful, and quick. I got the Angus beef regular bowl and the half chicken and half Angus beef bowl . I got it with vegetables, brown rice, and green onion with Magic Sauce and hot sauce. The food was delicious . The restaurant was really clean.

The service was efficient but overall the food and customer service was awful. We ordered a plate and a bowl both with broccoli yet we had none but just stems. The beef on my wife’s plate was cold like they had it sitting there from before. We will definitely never come back it’s our first and last time.

Great customer service, clean dining room, healthy meal. The people working here seem so nice, or at least in a very good mood when we stopped in. Loved hearing the Christmas music, too. As for the food, I got the mini and my family got the chicken bowl special and they were soooo generous. Will definitely make this our go-to fast food restaurant whenever we’re in the area.

Tried this location a few times.
Chicken and steak has been dried out and not tender or unflavorful. Maybe over cooked ?. Tried the the charbroiled wing. Tender and flavorful but very small.
The combo didn’t have much meat or chicken small portions. 3 carrots sliced were hard seemed under cooked.

I’m so first things first Iv always had good customer service there never had a single issue they are great.. but most importantly I’m saddened the food portions are minimal went in there today bought a regular chicken bowl that usually would feed both of my little girls it was a bowl and then some of mine. The chicken diced very small(cooks are all different but seems like the portions still smaller). I work construction so I’m all over the place and no matter what other flame broiler I go totally different good portions the chicken is meaty thick pieces. And (yes different locations different owners) but other places give you a chicken bowl deal. This flame broiler overall is charging little more (like everything else of course) but portions getting smaller. I live very close to this location and definitely will be making a farther drive.

Always quick and fresh!
I enjoy the Magic Sauce, but since I’m more of a spicy kinda guy, I prefer the Triple Hot Sauce. Most of the time I’ll fill up most of a sauce cup with the Triple, then top it off with Magic.
Haven’t tried the tofu, or added avocado to my bowls, but one of these days, I’ll give it a shot.
Overall, best “fast food” in this center. I say that in quotes because it’s fast and relatively inexpensive, not because I’d compare it to McDonald’s or anything.

I come here often. First, it’s a fast food chain I don’t know why people expect to get a 5 star restaurant kind of service but I still haven’t had any bad experience. I order my food, get it quick and it tastes good. They have their containers of magic sauce already made and I haven’t seen them refuse to give anybody more if they ask for it even if they give them an “attitude” or not.
