FRESH. Got a veggie delight, bread was nice and soft, fresh slices of Avocado and the veggies were juicy, crisp, all they were supposed to be. Clerk kept her Station nice and clean, she got busy really quickly but handled it like a boss!

Employee(Ariel) was not pleasant. Stop by at around 6:30 pm and I greeted Ariel she did not respond decided to continue mopping wait a bit before she finally came to start my order without washing her hands had to ask her kindly to wash her hands not a good experience. I own a business myself so I definitely know that customer service is priority!

Owner helped us and was so friendly, patient, as well as fast. He was the only one working at the time as the shop got really busy. He handled it like a champ and no unhappy customers. Everyone waited patiently. The shop had good vibes and the owner as well as the shop were very clean.

They take at least 5 minutes to even greet customers, and every token I’ve stopped at this location my order is always made wrong even though i tell them exactly what to put. They lack customer service and common sense.

Foods are always fresh and delicious in Subway undoubtedly. But the employees of this store are so nice and friendly that sandwiches even taste far better due to the hospitality they exhibit. I have to travel extra miles to come to this store and employees make worth of my invested time.

They don’t deserve one star very poor customer service It was so dirty the 2 girls did not use or wear gloves our bread tasted stale meat was really dried out like it was warm the dressing on our Sandwich was really warm Soda area had ants no cookies they forgot to bake asked for mgr when I called said Subway does not have mgrs asked for owners info she said There Indian and it’s just a tax shelter for them I was speechless…. Stopped here to get food 4/13/19 @ 9:30AM. While my kids were getting shoes on and my Husband was getting gas, I ran in to use the restroom. I asked for the employee to unlock the door and she said “are you a customer?” I let her know that I would be purchasing 4 meals,but I needed to use the restroom first. I proceeded to use the restroom and when I came out I let the employee know I would be right back. She told me “you have to buy something, didn’t you see the sign?” I told her “Yes I saw the sign, I told you I would be buying 4 meals, I also told you I would be right back, I have to go get my kids.” She continued to say “you have to buy something”. Clearly she was not listening to me, so I told her “do not harass me about buying something, I have to go get my kids, and I will be right back”. As I was walking out she yelled “Stupid” at me. Up until that point my family was going to have subway….but I decided if the employee was comfortable enough calling me stupid and more concerned about a customer making a purchase than if the customer was happy then I would take my business elsewhere.
I must say, the AMPM next door makes some killer food. AND as a bonus the employees there don’t call you stupid. However, if you really want Subway just go 1 road north to Ave 18 1/2. There is a subway there. Although I’m not sure if its Subway’s new policy to call their customers stupid.

The girl hung up on my son when he asked to place a To go order then locked the door on me when I pulled up, i asked if she’s closing up she said yes. I asked why as it’s not 9 she replied to use the restroom and hasn’t come back out. She was so rude I couldn’t believe it. Go to Howard subway you won’t be disrespected
