I used to go here but the employee decide the price. They always overcharge and possibly pocket the excess. PAY ATTENTION FOR WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED, unless you like to get robbed. The old subway was great, this one is terrible. Now Dinuba has the worst subway of all time.

I recently saw that you had Swiss cheese and cucumbers back on the menu, so I thought it would be a good time to order again. However, I strongly suspect that the “Swiss cheese” is actually white American. Why so cheap? Your small cups don’t even read Subway anymore. I’d be better off ordering my sandwich with no cheese and putting it on myself at home, but there’s no way to order it without cheese. Everything else was great! Just please bring back the real Swiss cheese. Thank you!!

I ordered through DoorDash mistake number one but my only option right now and I called the store to let them know the situation of missing items in my order. Whoever answered was pretty unprofessional wanted me to come down and pick them up…why would I come pick them up if I ordered delivery one! Two said she couldn’t refund my missing items which I didn’t ask for and THREE said it wasn’t their problem the dasher should have picked them up when he came in for the order. Would NEVER order from them again very unprofessional on how they handle situations.

I used to love coming here but the last few times it’s gone way downhill. I paid extra for avocado and didn’t get it. Or Mayo, salt and pepper, and vinegar and oil. The veggies and things that are on there are sparse and practically non existent. The employees, except one, just seem like any customer is an inconvenience. Just a shame, the place used to do so much better.

Came 8/23 and ordered an online order . There was 3 girls one with glasses, one with blonde hair, and another that were just rude and try to only give me half my order. They were slamming there stuff. And they were just disrespectful. Was scared to even eat my food after the girl was making my food in the back all of a sudden. Someone really should be better at hiring these people!

i am so disappointed in this store. i use to love coming here but after this mobile order i will not be returning! Management needs to get this under control. the disrespect i recieved right now was unbelievable. 8/23 7:45 pm. i was serviced by 3 girls who didnt even attempt to complete my order correctly i order a bacon wrap and got a veggie wrap! i got a buffalo melt and got a cold sandwhich with cold unmelted cheese. these girls just laughed and were rude because i mentioned there mistake. they purposely did this and just disregarded it i hope the blonde headed girl the brown haired girl and the one with glasses get fired!

If I could rate this Subway zero stars I would! So I ordered online, got there for my food and it wasn’t ready. These 2 girls start making my 2 sandwiches and it takes them over 15 min. With no one else there. When they’re done, they say they voided my ordered because they didn’t have any pizza. So turns out I have to pay again! Whatever, I get home to eat my sandwich and it’s so sloppy!! There was no Mayo, no avocado!!, no oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. NOTHING. Never going back here again!! BTW the sloppy sandwich makers are the skinny girl with curly hair and the chunky girl.
