This is the second time I’ve did an order through the app for this location and paid $12+ for an empty sandwich with barely anything in it. I thought ordering the 2nd time would be different and it was not. Not worth the money at this location.

This review mostly goes to the ladies who helped me. I did not get their names, but one was an older lady (with glasses) (who was friendly) and one was a younger lady with dark long hair and glasses (who made my sandwich, and helped me). Thank you for accommodating to my food allergy needs and giving me a sandwich I really enjoyed! I really appreciate it.

Although I literally live all the way on the other side of town, I drive quite a distance to this particular Subway (Herndon and Willow). Yes, there are so many other, more-convenient, closer Subways; however, this is the ONLY Subway I visit. Here’s why:
1) They never ever give me grief or issues about Subway coupons, always gladly accepting them. In fact, there have been times when they were kind enough to allow me to use two coupons at once. Other Subways are hit or miss, whereby they either refused to take the coupons or won’t even allow me to swipe my rewards card.
2) I love, love, love extra onions on my Subway sandwiches–while other Subway restaurants almost feels like they count every single onion that they put on my sandwiches — good grief! But this Subway always treats me with respect and allows me to get extra onions without giving me a hard time.
3) The majority of the employees that have provided me with service at this particular Subway have been decent. But every time I’ve interacted with Nick, his sandwiches have been perfect and so yummy; and his professional, friendly service has been nothing but exemplary. Kudos to Nick!

I ordered a routaisairie chicken sandwich twice on Uber Eats and got a salami sandwich twice and no call of them being out of meat or anything. Absolute bullshit and refunded. Not ordering here again.

The reason for the 5-Star Review is due to the phenomenal quality of food as always. However, it’s pains me to say that the 2 employees working the counter needed to keep their emotions and personal issues out of the work place. One young lady continued to slam all of the company equipment such as glass doors, trays, etc while the other young lady continuously forgot details regarding orders. She mentioned a racist comment towards an Indian woman, which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary for me to hear. She assumed she was vegetarian which is both ethically and morally wrong. They both reasoned with the fact that they were “busy” and that was why their service was so unprofessional. The youth of this generation and generations to come need to understand the importance of providing great customer service. It is the fundamental core to making it in this world. I genuinely wish them the best and hope that they continue their education in workplace etiquette.

We have ordered here three times now. The bread is flaky and dry, and the sandwiches barely had anything in them. All three times. I’m sorry, but I have given it a chance but we will never order from this location again.

Customer service does not work at this location, Younger girl with dark hair, and older elderly lady did not greet us, it appeared to grieve them to service us. Had a rude face, I even tried to talk to the young lady working and she just had a straight face, bothered if I even asked a question. The older lady helped my daughters and without asking them chose there deli meat for them without asking!!!! Get rid of these ladies! They do not belong in customer service serving the public! I will not be returning, Also SUPER warm in the building. I get they bake their own bread, maybe prop open the door? Not pleasant for visitors.
