I always come to this subway they’re usually always pretty quick here, today that wasn’t the case. I had placed an online order about 20 mins later I go to the store thinking my sandwich was ready for pick up, they haven’t even started working on it “because they were busy” not cool. The whole point of online ordering is to have it ready in advance not wait for it. I had to go in and literally ask for my sandwich to be made.

Ordered online and picked up at Ashlan and Fowler. My bread was hard and I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a 6 inch turkey bacon avocado. Got no bacon and got guacamole instead of avocado. Very disappointed with this. Called girl couldn’t find my order really don’t think she looked. Normally they are really good on customer service but not tonight

I’m sure they make sandwiches as well as any subway does, but the girl behind the counter was very happy to announce to me that they were closed 5 minutes before their closing time. A business has a right to do what they want, but that is not for employees to decide. She told me “the register is already off”. Of course it was. She was the only one there, and she wanted to leave early. Not terribly lucky when you have a pregnant wife at home who decided subway sounded good.

Well I had a coupon for buy 1 footlong and get one free ,it had not expired yet and they said that they won’t accept it. The paper came in the mail from corporate and it had many different coupons on it.
