Rude, bad attitude, poor customer service. They got my order wrong, no big deal, but they blamed us and were super rude. Not surprised to see all the other bad reviews. So many others places we can choose to eat.

I walked in tonight and instead of being greeted was asked if I was picking up. When I told them no, I was rudely told to stand “over there”. I waited at that spot for a few minutes and after not being acknowledged, I left. The music was vulgar and not appropriate for a family establishment. It’s clear the employees did not care for their responsibilities and were playing the music of their choice. With 4 subways in town, this is not the one I will be going to in the future.

I was just there and asked for the new doritos foot long and asked the cashier if she could make it for me but in a foot long bread and she just stood there looking at me like I was crazy. She was very rude on top of that. If I am paying for something I should be able to get it. Plus if you do not not like your job you shouldn’t be working there where is the customer service at??? She needs to be sent to training on customer service skills…

We have three Subways out here but I always have a problem at this one. Today I walked in, no one else was in there(it’s always empty) The worker looked at me and moved to the side like he was going to take my order but he never did, he didn’t acknowledge me or my daughter. We knew what we wanted and we were just waiting for him to address us and ask what we want. He did none of that. So the other worker came from outside and he stood in front of the veggies. After waiting for like two minutes with all of us staring at each other and then at the first guy, I asked the second guy if he was going to make our sandwiches and he said that he was going to put the veggies in and the first guy was going to make it. Still no kind of acknowledgement from the first guy. So we all start staring at each other again for like 2 minutes and I saw another guy in the back. I asked the second guy if the third guy can fix my sandwich and that’s when the first guy asked me what did I want. I said I don’t want anything from you . He snorted and snatched his gloves off and stormed in the back. I really didn’t care. He was playing with the meat with his head down the whole time instead of asking how he could be of service. It was awkward and maybe if they had an adult there, things wouldn’t have went the way they did. I know they were children because the second guy is my 16 year old son’s friend. l don’t know his name but I have his picture and I will keep calling corporate until something is done. I should have left. I spent my money because I wanted a damn sandwich and shouldnt have to drive past my home to get decent service. He never said “hi” “how can I help you” he just played with the meat behind the counter and held his head down. Bad customer service skills. But it will be dealt with. This is for the Subway on Bowman, next to AT&T. For the amount I paid, I could’ve just got delli turkey and made them myself.

They kindly verified my identity before picking up my order which I really appreciate. It’s one of the smaller Subway stores but it’s clean, organized and has a great layout. The staff is very amiable and welcoming. For those who order online or do DoorDash, the drinks are on the right hand side near the counter as you enter and the pick-up shelves are on the left hand side (kind of hidden). Overall satisfactory experience with this location.

I was only customer in the restaurant with four employees behind the counter.

Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Two employees walked passed me and went in the back. A third employee went the other direction towards the back. The fourth employee looked at me and then turned her back.

After several minutes I left. No way I’ll ever return.
