Breanna!! (I hope I spelled it right)
I went to the 24 hr subway on ave K. And the service was horrible.
So I came to this location and 2 young ladies helped me out so well they both deserve a raise!!!!!!!
Not only was it close to closing time. But they both greeted me with smiles and made my sandwich the way I wanted the other subway to make.
I now will make a longer trip to this location specifically because of Breanna. Thank you ladies for not only making my sandwich but making my night so much better!!!!

The person who made my sandwich was such a rush and focus on getting off work that he made my sandwich incorrectly, as I had mentioned it to him before what I wanted and how I wanted it he wasn’t focused on this particular job. They just wanted to go home, but of course I’m gonna pay them what I owe them since they made me my sandwich, but this was BS since I did not order it the way I wanted it to be.

The worst subway I have been to my entire life. Firstly when trying to start our orders the person helping us interrupted when we were explaining what types of sandwiches we wanted the person demanded to how many and what types of breads? When we had been already going one by one explaining what bread on each sandwich. During this same time the person making the sandwich pretty much locked us in with footlongs when we wanted six inches. Combined with the fact that they didn’t even have have the protein for one of the sandwiches. Again had the person listened to use initially they would have know but I guess what type of bread is super important here??? During all this the other person assembling sandwiches was throwing these weird side eyes and rolling there eyes at our attendant not very team oriented I guess either. The spinach was also either boiled or extremely wilted which made for a gross taste and texture in the sandwiches so ingredients aren’t that fresh I guess. Then thanks to now having to pay for footlongs instead of six inches we had to choke down a 80 dollar bill. From three foot longs and a wrap?? The cherry on top though was the fact we needed napkins the ones given were a jumbled ball of napkins when asked for more they gave us another balled stack without having gloves on…. So yeah cleaning off your mouth with ragged napkins grabbed without gloves is a fun thing to think about.

Never coming back here again. Second time it happened that they give an excuse for a late online order (by almost 30 minutes) and this time it was even worse that they tell me they don’t have the protein i ordered and they couldn’t refund me in the store. So I asked to make my wrap without the protein and bought a water. But the cashier couldn’t do math and forced me to pay in full for the water even after they owed me for making a cheaper wrap without the patty. Worst of all, my order was made wrong. I ordered double cheese and the guy put NO cheese. This is a subway from hell, avoid it if you can. They have a high churn in staff which was a sign I should have taken for things not run right at this store. Management not responding here to these reviews is another indication that they don’t care.

I ordered from this place twice and both times this place has given me vegies that are not fresh and to make things worse i have been given the end of a jalapeño on all my sandwiches that has made a family member choke. I don’t recommend ordering online from this place its better to watch these workers make your food I don’t trust this place and its Sad to think if they are even clean or wash their hands.
