DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. BE WARNED: They don’t change their gloves and my salad was contaminated with bits and scraps of other foods, grains, and meats. My husband’s TERRIYAKI SANDWICH smelled and reeked of TUNA. Keep in mind I DID NOT order cheddar cheese. The chips were also moldy and soggy (this isn’t the first time) They are unsanitary and I’ve filed a complaint. What if people have food allergies? It’s absolutely sickening.

Horrible service!! I ordered through the app and was supposed to receive chips with my sandwich. Delivery was quick, however I was missing the chips. Contacted the franchisee who told me that it was the delivery driver’s responsibility to grab the chips and that they don’t put those in the bag. WHAT?! How are the delivery drivers supposed to know to grab the chips when there are no instructions to do so? That is ridiculous! I then asked for a refund and they refused. This business is stealing customers’ money. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

My dining experience at Subway was generally satisfactory. In terms of taste, the sandwiches were okay but didn’t stand out. I was slightly disappointed with the vegetable portions, as they were smaller than expected. I believe the sandwiches could have been elevated with a more generous serving of veggies.
On the positive side, the cleanliness of the restaurant was commendable. It’s not just the dining area that was well-kept. Even the bathroom was spotless, which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards.
As for the staff, their behavior was acceptable. They were neither exceptionally friendly nor unkind. Overall, the service was up to the mark. While my Subway experience was decent, there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of sandwich ingredients and customer service.

It’s Subway standard that you’d expect with this caveat : everything was above average clean, and the clerk actually smiled. This Subway had really fresh veges, no wilted spinach and no green tomato. Thanks!

We were driving through from out of town and got hungry. We stopped at Subway and got a couple sandwiches, they were super fresh and AB (that’s what he said his name was) was super friendly, made the sandwiches exactly like we liked them and did a great job. If your driving through Past Robles and get hungry, this is a good place to stop for good food and friendly service!

Ordered online, supposed to be ready by 4pm wasn’t. One sandwich was a Baja chicken, chicken wasn’t heated. No prep was done and had no veggies, no bread. Only one person there during rush hour, said the other person went to Starbucks and left them alone. Had the order receipt sitting front of her and didn’t follow the order. Worst experience I ever had at this particular shop, wasted my money and didn’t offer a refund.

We ordered online, went to pick up at the curb side pick up (since I forgot my mask). I called letting them know I had arrived, no answer so I poked my head in the door with my sweater over my face and was yelled at. I sat in my car and called back they answered and hung up on me and then took the phone off the hook. what kind of business is this? hope they enjoyed our food since we couldn’t.
