Horrible will never go back , got my sandwiches to go and asked for light toasted got to my home and tried to enjoy but it was hard as a rock. Tried to call the store and worker stated there was no manager which is weird because there should always be a manager on the shift. Spending $40 and not receiving a refund or a replacement is very horrible customer service. Will never go back

I have ordered delivery through the app quite a few times, I don’t have a car right now. Every single timethey have forgotten something and/or also made a mistake w/ the food. I don’t want to write a whole story of each event but this last time I was fed up. I’ve made complaints and they give you a free sandwich but that wasn’t gonna cut it. I made my order &they called to say they were out of bread. I asked if they could make them into wraps & she was confused but we figured it out but I was asking what kind of wrap, like a lettuce wrap? Still confused. I just said yes. They gave us tortilla wraps which I understand you can’t make them into foot longs but that’s still disappointing. We have 3 meals and they forgot 3 drinks & 3 bags of chips. I used a reward for a free cookie & they forgot that. Also my picky child who orders the most simple one, always ends up getting all this extra stuff she did not order like tomatoes and sweet onion sauce. I tried to call to talk to a manager, no answer. I made the complaint online and get the automated free sandwich email. I recommend going into the store only.
11/21 update: my daughter showed a guy the email for a free 12inch and he still charged her.

The lady serving my sister was rude. She got irritated after my sister couldn’t hear her. Even after she apologized it seemed like the woman behind the counter was still sour. There was little chicken on the sandwiches meant for my mother and my sister.

Came in today not really craving anything but then was intrigued by these new sidekicks. Came in to get a sidekick and also a sandwich. I can say this is hands down the best sandwich i ever had. Thank you to the fast and professional staff

The past three times I’ve been there I’ve experienced the worst customer service. Today I asked the young lady behind the counter to put Dijon mustard on my sandwich and she grabbed whatever sauce she could get her hands on but not the Dijon mustard that I wanted. So I asked her if she even knew what I was talking about and she said “no”. Then she proceeded to get uppity and told me “you should look at what sauces we have”, like customers are responsible to know what sauces a restaurant has. If you’re okay with poor customer service, than this is the Subway for you.

Just got a sandwich at this location 10 mins ago so toppings are fully stocked (mind you I didn’t watch them make my sandwich since someone else grabbed it for me) went to eat my sandwich and I have three bell peppers and three spinach leaves. would not return! The smaller store in the Santa Maria mall is way better and had never let me down like this location has.

As a paying customer, I was denied a a cup of tap water. And further told that they didn’t have those cups and would never get them in again. Wasn’t her fault/problem.

We will not go back to this location! (1206 West Ocean).

How do people like that have jobs idk but recommend staying away from there plus they watch from inside gossiping about people make me not want to go there at all but that’s subway
