The place is over crowded. Very little sitting area and not very comfortable .not much of an ambiance either which is why i always do take out . No one pay attention when you try to order . Not the best costumer service however great food decent prices compare to surrounding japanese restaurents . I purchased 3 pork katsu ( 8.75 $ each without the salad) . The quality is pretty consistant pork was crispy .

It wasn’t often but I had always enjoyed going there since when I was in college (1998) because their curry is so good. Today I went for the first time in a few months. I ordered the same curry special that was displayed right next to the cashier, assuming it’s donkatsu (pork) and chicken katsu came out instead. Oh well. And when I had my first bite, I immediately knew the management had been changed. It’s unbelievable to go from very good to very bad all of a sudden. Never going there again. 2 star and not 1 star because it was only based on 1 menu…

Delicious and you can’t beat the prices. I recommend their curry plate specials (usually chicken, pork or hamburger katsu w curry and salad), fried chicken plate, bento box or literally anything else. Everything is served nicely with salads and pickles. Service is great and fast. Cash only like everything else in the food court.
