Subway is never my first choice, but it’s on base and convenient. Went in today around 5pm to grab a sub after work and the girl behind the counter was super nice and quick. You may not be excited about the food, but their employees are always very nice and helpful!

The place was very clean, and there was a new menu. I was happy to see Subway updated especially on a Naval Facility. The meats were not separated by wax paper, and all of the vegetable trays were fresh, clean and full.

Fast Effecient Friendly staff. Food tastes good, but it’s an hour or two, after the food has settled, things are not right. This is the best way I can word it for the review to go through. Originally I thought it was me. I’ve tried over 10 differnet cold sandwiches and wraps from this location over the duration of 2 months last year and still had the problems. Other Subways in Ventura County i don’t have this problem. So I have isolated the prob to this one location.

When I walked in, all 3 of them were in the back and I had to wait a little. Employee was not paying attention and did not get my order right. My first pizza was burnt and the second one was not enough cheese like they’re tryna stretch it for the end of the day and it wasn’t even cut.

Since when did subway start charging for toasting subs. Order off the app and selected toast, when I got my wonderfully customize sandwich guess what, not toasted. When I asked about this, was told a 10 cent charge and I had add that when ordering. There is nowhere on the app for that. I don’t believe that is a corporate approved charge, but something shady this franchise is trying to do. What is worst is this franchise is on a military base, good job stealing 10 cents from the men and women that keep this country safe.

I myself work pest control on base and this location to make sure there are no critters and I eat here every other day … I also inspect it twice a month to insure there is no activity from ants to rodents I make sure this store has no visitors for our troops … friendly young staff and many dod and armed forces eat here daily can’t let them Down

It’s really hard to get your sandwiches and get out. Everyone and their dam mother comes and it takes forever to get ur food! The line is way too long, especially for a subway. The staff is great though.
