This is a neighborhood subway so not usually busy but not a lot of employees either. My order was 28.00 plus tax. If I’d ordered on the app would of saved $5.00 so learned a lesson.

Employees are not nice. They will mistake your TYPE of sub as your TYPE of bread. But the biggest issue comes down to management and training for customer interactions. Coupons are coupons , and if they are accepted then they should read and understand it properly and double check before charging the customer.

Franchise owner Ken esfahani is very cheap and when I told him how much money I spend at his location he was willing to lose a customer over a silly coupon one day expired. Oh yes he offered to take it next time and just this once lol like I’ve always said bend a little for a loyal customer or lose 1000s on future business. Poor poor choice!!! Now we will order elsewhere.
