Wrong order experts! This is twice now. Literally not even the correct meat. I visited the store Sunday 3/1 at 5:10/15 PM. I had ordered (mobile order) a grilled chicken sub and that is not what I received. Even the meat was not chicken! On top of that, the ingredients are clearly wrong. Look at the receipt. It does not say tomatoes or cucumbers anywhere, yet that’s what I got. And the jalapenos I asked for? Missing.

I waited 5 minutes for a worker to come out of the back and then he refused to take my order until he made a online
I said why did you make me wait so long and he didn’t care and just shook his hand saying go ahead and leave.
Never choose this Subway.

I took my mom there two days ago so she could get her favorite, the cold cut combo sandwich. My experience was made to be a wonderfully positive one, all due to the young man behind the counter who was also the sandwich artist who put my mom’s sandwich together. Eric is a young man around 20, but his demeanor and customer service by far exceed that of his cohorts. At the time that our youth cannot even pried away from their mobile devices and Tic Toc, Eric was handling the store all by himself ( Hey Subway, this kid is upper management material, allow him to grow). The place was clean, and Eric was friendly and welcoming. He followed my mother’s extra demanding and detailed order to take out the inside of the bread before making the sandwhich and cutting it into 4 pieces, and so on. Eric followed my mom’s requests with a pleasant and kind attitude. Basically, Eric turned an ordinary visit to the local Subway into an extraordinary experience at the local Subway. Thank you for being kind and patient with my mother, Eric. I wish you the best, young man.!

Can I give ZERO stars? (I remember this particular employee from before and I was thinking, “Wow…she is beyond bad. Her employer must not care to replace her.” I thought that she might’ve left, by now, so decided to take a chance and come back.) I walked in, about ten minutes after opening time. I believe that I was the only customer who had come in since they opened.
When I walked in, it was if no sound, no person nothing around her had transpired. She was simply prepping an olive jar…didn’t look up, not the slightest, not a word (how about a simple, “Hello.” or “I’ll be right with you.”)…I mean NOTHING. I stood in front of her for about a full clocked 20 to 30 seconds to give her a chance. Never looked up — NOTHING. This employee, as I have previously witnessed, goes out of her way to disrespect customers. HORRIBLE.
I decided to give myself an out. I made up an excuse just to leave the store for a minute and that I’d be right back. She lifted her head and gave an unfriendly, indifferent “Okay.”
Where did I really go? ACROSS THE STREET to Jersey Mike’s to get lunches for me and my family. The owner evidently cannot find another employee to work at the Laguna Woods (El Toro Rd/Calle Sonora) location. Lots of lost business — my husband and I are just across the street and being from “back east”, the whole family are big sub fans. There are many other Subway’s in the locality.

Ordered online two sandwiches.
When I arrived the sandwiches weren’t complete, which wasn’t a problem. But when I open my sandwiches at home, the Sandwich orders were not made to order, missing fresh vegetables and extra condiments.

I don’t want a half baked apology, it’s your responsibility to complete orders to the customers specifications. Being “backed up” isn’t an excuse for poor quality control

I’m giving the subway a three-star because they have a door that at one point was bathroom access but closed it down for covid and still has not opened it. I’m not sure that it is legal to not have a public restroom and a place for eating. We need to use restrooms and wash our hands before we eat!
