I waited 5 minutes for a worker to come out of the back and then he refused to take my order until he made a online
I said why did you make me wait so long and he didn’t care and just shook his hand saying go ahead and leave.
Never choose this Subway.
Horrible Horrible!!
When I walked in, it was if no sound, no person nothing around her had transpired. She was simply prepping an olive jar…didn’t look up, not the slightest, not a word (how about a simple, “Hello.” or “I’ll be right with you.”)…I mean NOTHING. I stood in front of her for about a full clocked 20 to 30 seconds to give her a chance. Never looked up — NOTHING. This employee, as I have previously witnessed, goes out of her way to disrespect customers. HORRIBLE.
I decided to give myself an out. I made up an excuse just to leave the store for a minute and that I’d be right back. She lifted her head and gave an unfriendly, indifferent “Okay.”
Where did I really go? ACROSS THE STREET to Jersey Mike’s to get lunches for me and my family. The owner evidently cannot find another employee to work at the Laguna Woods (El Toro Rd/Calle Sonora) location. Lots of lost business — my husband and I are just across the street and being from “back east”, the whole family are big sub fans. There are many other Subway’s in the locality.
When I arrived the sandwiches weren’t complete, which wasn’t a problem. But when I open my sandwiches at home, the Sandwich orders were not made to order, missing fresh vegetables and extra condiments.

I don’t want a half baked apology, it’s your responsibility to complete orders to the customers specifications. Being “backed up” isn’t an excuse for poor quality control
