Purchased the sub, when they completely messed up the order and it was basically the thinnest Sub ever, I bit into it realizing how it was, I called to replace it. They made it again but they said they needed the bitten sun back, if I didn’t bring it I couldn’t get the replacement. Like what were they going to do with that sub? Throw it away? They couldn’t let me keep it when they messed up my Order. Ridiculous.

I’ve never felt so discriminated, I arrived and parked right in front of the door at 8:43. As I was getting off the car, another customer was walking out, the employee ran behind him and locked the door in my face after making eye contact. She locked the door at 8:45pm and they close at 9. Another guy arrived afterwards and was knocking she ignored us. This happened on Saturday, April 24th.

Appalling Experience at this Subway
I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Sunnymead Subway in Moreno Valley, California, and it was a complete disaster. I ordered a sandwich online and I got a Steak and Cheese sandwich with double meat (which I didn’t receive despite paying for it), avocado (which was missing), and various toppings. However, half of the toppings I requested were absent, including banana peppers, cucumbers, olives, bell peppers, and red onions. Only tomatoes, spinach, and a few condiments made it onto the sandwich.
But that wasn’t the worst of it. The meat tasted incredibly dried out and old, like it had been sitting out for hours. And to add insult to injury, they forgot to put the cheese on the sandwich entirely! The bread was dry and rubbery, and the condiments and seasonings I requested were missing, leaving the sandwich flavorless and unappetizing.
To top it all off, the store itself was filthy and uninviting, with a clear lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. It seemed like the employees didn’t care about the quality of the food they were serving, and the manager didn’t seem to be concerned with the numerous mistakes in my order.
This was hands down the worst fast food experience l’ve ever had, for like $16 bucks a sandwich you’d expect more and I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone.
I will be happily take down this review if the manager addresses these issues and fixes them.

Worst subway place in Moreno Valley, the manger was serving me and had a huge attitude to me. We asked for cucumber and there was only 5 cucumbers slices left so she went and put new cucumbers and let me tell you the manger put the old cucumbers while on top of the new cucumbers while there was still cucumbers juice on the bottom, before y’all say its normal this tub has probably a quarter of the container fill up of the old water, it looked to have pulp and the old cucumbers slices look hella old and mushy and she put the old cucumbers on my sandwich, me and mom stood in shocked !!

Such an unfriendly service. Ingredients were not fresh and employees seemed to be unhappy to be there. They were being friendly to the previous customers, so I’m not sure what was going on. I won’t come back.

Just went to this Subway. Ordered a veggie patty with only sweet onion sauce, and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I asked them to heat the chicken and the girl working there refused. She said it could only be heated if I had the bread toasted….I know that’s not true since I go to this location on a regular basis and they have had no problem in the past heating the chicken without toasting the bread. Even when I told her that she still refused to do it.
Then when I got home we found out that she had put mayonnaise on the veggie patty.
Ice cold chicken not that great on a sandwich….between not being able to get a simple order correct and the rudeness of refusing to heat the chicken I won’t be going to this location in the future.

I will not be returning to the subway, yes, it’s nice and clean but the lady who was making my sandwich was touching all types of meats and when I asked for cookies, she reached in there with her bare hands. I was just touching the meat to grab two cookies. And I said, “can I have another pair of cookies if you touch those with your hands that touched the meat and then she proceeds to put the cookies that she just cross contaminated with meat back inside of the storage box with all the other fresh cookies. Gross.. you’re supposed to use the utensil that’s there to grab the cookies. Lunch rush or not you should know cross-contamination!

We always enjoy the fresh ingredients for a sub sandwich! Fresh bread was a delight today, and of course, all the veggies and sliced meat were great, especially on a warm day like today. Friendly service too.
