I bought 2 sandwiches and both were not tasty and did not taste like how it was supposed too. The 2 sandwiches were supposed to have avocado which are not cheap to add and we got none.

This Subway location was filthy during my latest visit. My family ordered and completed our meal during the span of 45 minutes and not once did staff come out from behind the counter to empty the trash can or clean the floor.

I came here last week with my husband and ordered a meatball marinara sub in a wrap. The lady making my sub couldn’t stop complaining about it from the beginning. I understand it may not be a popular order but I felt like she hated making it. At the beginning she accused me of lying about getting this sub in a wrap before, I thought it was pretty bold to accuse a customer of lying. Regardless, I continued to tell her what I’d like on my sub wrap. Before and after every ingredient she had a complaint and even said “don’t sue us if your wrap falls apart, you look like the type.” She told me several times I must be a messy person to like this sub. By the way, the sub wrap was the least messiest sub I’ve ever gotten from Subway. There have been many messier sandwiches so the comments were just ignorant. I asked to toast the wrap and she told me she couldn’t and that anyone who did must love burning their hands. I had no problem and stated to the worker that the other subway must have had oven mittens and I understand that she can’t toast it. She told me no subway has oven mittens and the other subway employees just burned their hands for me… at this point my husband was baffled as well. This was odd. Being told I seem like the type to sue on top of all the complaining will make me never go back here again. Try the other subway in Yucaipa or go to Redlands if you have to. If this lady isn’t working you might have a fine experience, I’ve seen the man working for years and its always a fine experience. Fire this woman!

It was 8:20 on a Sunday night and the girl had already turned off the toasterfor the sandwiches. She almost had a proud smirk on her face letting me know that.
