i got to this store at 9:15pm on wednesday 8/6/25, the closing time is clearly 10pm according to google maps. i walked up to the door and there were 2 ladies inside, one behind the counter and one sweeping the floor opposite of the counter. when i tried to open the door, it was locked. i made eye contact with them and mouthed “it’s closed?”, they proceeded to look at each other, then the one who was sweeping looked at her watch and shook her head “yes” that it was closed. let me remind you that it was 9:15PM, when it clearly states that this subway closes at 10PM. not to mention that i have been to this subway in the past, AFTER 9:30PM, so i know for a fact that they are open until 10PM which is why i come to this one in my neighborhood. when i left, i sat in my car directly outside the subway, on google maps, looking for a different place to eat, since this subway clearly didn’t want to serve me and the lady inside sweeping kept looking out at my car like she was mad that i was still sitting in the parking lot. it’s not my fault you chose to close early on your own accord and i had to sit in the parking lot to find a new place to eat that was actually still open at the appropriate time. if this subway is no longer open until 10PM then update it properly on here so no one is going out of their way to drive here because they think they are going to get service. if it is open until 10PM, then i would give it 0 stars if i could bc clearly this isn’t the first time this subway choses to close early & your employees need to stop being lazy and closing early just bc they want to clean up and go home. you get paid to be here, if you don’t like your job, then QUIT. horrible service, do better. smh.

Unfortunately this location was out of Meatballs, jalapeno bread and hadn’t made any cookies to go with the free cookies when you purchase a meal as thr trays were not even out. They also didn’t prepare any of the fresh juice that they advertise which is nice when for people trying to avoid Soda.
I think it’s important to mention that I didn’t go in between meal times as my visit was at noon. sandwich I did get was good and my overall experience was positive it’s just too bad I had to settle for something completely different than what I wanted. 🙁

I waited 25 minutes for 8 people ahead of me to get serviced by 2 people. As I get to the front BOTH of the employees decide to help a young woman that came in behind me looking for an online order that she never placed, the young girl did ask me to wait before she started refilling the vegetables but I stood there being ignored for another 2 minutes while they both ran around looking for her order before I walked out of the establishment. I’m a middle aged black woman and the two employers were young Hispanic’s, the young girl who grabbed both their attentions was also a young attractive Hispanic girl. The young man with the colored eyes went out of his way, literally stopped cutting my bread in half once he noticed her to ask if he could help her. It was very embarrassing and emotionally frustrating to stand there and pretend that they weren’t attending the younger customer that came in behind me after I patiently waited my turn to get my food. I asked for a manager (Anthony Flores) in Colton Ca & the store number to which they both said were new employees and didn’t know. This is by far the worst experience of my Subway visits ever..

I walked in well before the posted closing time—the door was still open—but the cashier immediately told me they were closed. All the food had already been put away, even though they were supposed to be open. When I mentioned the hours, the cashier just gave me attitude instead of an explanation or apology. Super rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to shut down early, at least lock the door and don’t treat customers like an inconvenience. Won’t be coming back.

First let me start off by saying this was a nice Subway. They have new employees. Went in on Wednesday 8/8/25 like 6 p.m. l wanted a roast beef sandwich. The employee who was taking my order was RUDE from the start!!. She said they didn’t have just roast beef l would have to get the turkey roast beef. I told her l didn’t want turkey just roast beef. She again said they don’t have that sandwich l would have to purchase #30. The only meat l wanted was roast beef. At that point she walked over to the other employee and told her she was going on a break and left didn’t finish helping me. I believe her name was Adriana. She sucks!!! Has no customer skills at all. Who leaves in the middle of taking an order. I hope your Boss and owner witness this review. You don’t deserve to be employed there. You give Subway a bad name!!

Visited this location to buy dinner, we ordered and applied the toppings to the sandwiches and payed with a coupon. Minor issues with the coupon but that’s ok! Mistakes happen, we are human! Overall great service with a nice and friendly cashier lady who said she was quite new which can explain some of the issues which is ok because you can’t be perfect at the beginning! Overall the sandwiches were great will (definitely) come back
