Me and my daughter placed 2 orders on the mobile app. She waited in the drive for 45 minutes after the app said the food was done while I was texting her on the phone.

Finally, she went inside because after telling her to pull forward no one came to the window. The lady inside said both orders had been picked up already and there were couldn’t get a refund or our food.

She was a really rude and said we have to come in tomorrow to talk to a manager. Unbelievable!

Shannon is an outstanding employee—always helpful, kind, and incredibly hardworking. It’s honestly disappointing that she often has to manage the night shift alone due to understaffing, yet she continues to go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. Unlike previous staff who frequently closed early, Shannon stays open through posted hours and gives her best every time. She truly deserves recognition. Keep up the amazing work, Shannon!

So I understand you can run out of ingredients, but when somebody does an online order and they’re expecting to pick it up at a certain time and you haven’t even started it simply because you’re missing an ingredient and we’re waiting to ask the customer that’s insanity. And we’re not talking about a couple of minutes we’re talking about 10 minutes after the order is already supposed to be done they haven’t even started it yet. The management at the store needs to learn how to properly order ingredients because this is now happened to me two times in a row, and when you read other reviews you realize it’s happened to many people. Either way there’s another Subway in Barstow and there’s another one at the outlets which I highly recommend you take a detour for a few minutes and go to a place that actually is going to take care of its customers. Very disappointing because this one is directly in route to my work but I will no longer be using them. Oh and the other reviews about the drive-thru are totally true they will not even acknowledge that you were there you will have to go into the store to get your online order.

I don’t usually review fast food places but I want to give the two employees here (2 younger ladies) a round of applause.

Line was LONG and they pushed through like champs. Management should really give them some help and a third pair of hands would do wonders for them.

Honestly shocked at how positive their attitudes were and how they kept a friendly demeanor after witnessing them help at least 15/20 people back to back.

The restaurant itself look fine. But when ordering the food counter looked messy and a bit gross little pieces of previous food kinda laying everywhere. The vegetables looked old like they weren’t refrigerated properly. I thought nothing of it I ordered an Italian, and my wife a tuna sandwich. I was ok, however next morning my wife woke up violently sick. Confirming my suspicion that things were not properly refrigerated. Tred carefully at this location.

This is a good subway, although it feels like it is in an odd location. The staff was friendly and the store is clean concisdering they are remodeling. The food was fresh at delicious. There are handicapped parking spots right in front of the store. I would stop there again on my way through Barstow.

Went to drive thru during business hours. Waited 15 mins. Talked to the box several times. Nobody ever answered.

The subs are alright here. Not amazing, but not horrible. There is usually something wrong with the order with it either being a missed ingredient, over toasted even though they literally have a toasting option which is a single button, or there are other ingredients I didn’t ask for.

For a place that is usually always dead, they will sometimes completely ignore drive thru orders or won’t be notified that there is someone at the drive through. One time I waited thirty minutes before I went inside and asked why they weren’t taking drive thru and the only response I received was that they were busy with other customers inside which was untrue considering I was sitting there for half an hour.

As far as atmosphere goes, it’s nearly dead. The flow of foot traffic is almost non-existent and I have no idea how this Subway is still running. Want my advice, take the 6 minute drive to the other Subway at the outlets, that one is great.
