Amy and Jeff are amazing! Great service, they were both very polite and friendly. Took the time to care about my order and make sure it was perfect before walking out the door. Opened on a snow day and talked about the importance of the round up/ donation for the first responders on days like these with the weather and the impact it has on the community that they are able to show up. Placed an order through their app. 2/3 sandwiches were wrong. Called to ask for a refund and was told we had to bring the sandwiches back or come another day and tell them about the issue. We live 20 minutes away. Why can’t an online order be refunded? Better yet, why can’t their staff get it right the first time.

I just got the pepperoni meatball sub. The bread was soft and fresh, the flavor was absolutely delicious, and it was well put together (evenly distributed toppings and cheese was melted perfectly). The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well maintained. I have owned restaurants in the past. I know how hard it is to get everything right! GREAT job y’all!

This store made me depressed the second I walked in. The girl at the register just looked at me with hardly any greeting. Music was on but the atmosphere in the store made me want to get out as quick as I could. We said thank you to them when they put our bag on the counter. Not a single person even acknowledged us. We grabbed our food and walked out. Pretty disappointing.
