Can’t give 5 stars since the owners doesn’t deserved it. Now, the online orders are apparently priority and they only has one person to deal with all the orders, no matters the day of the day is, you never know when the customers are gonna come. and walk ins are left to the last. Not fair for the employee or the customer.

I haven’t been to a Subway in a long time. I went here to get a sandwich for my father. He wanted a tuna sandwich and I thought that would be pretty boring. They made it exactly the way he wanted and with the herbs and cheese bread. I brought it back to the hotel and my father left a little bit of it for me and I was very surprised about how good it tasted.

Visited on 07.23 and Jesus helped us out. Pretty horrible service. Almost gave a vibe like he did not want to help out. Truly horrendous service. Made my family feel uncomfortable. I understand if the place may be understaffed (since it looked like it may have been) but still, uncalled behavior on Jesus’ part. My wife asked for a cup and got a rather upsetting response from Jesus. Definitely not coming back to this business and I am completely dissatisfied. Thank you.

it is unbelievable that on Sunday night they had only one person working. The poor worker was so busy she was running back and for for condiments . To the owner you lost more business costumer s did not want to wait they walked away. You should consider having 2 workers on busy nights specially when other eating places were closed. I went today at around 12:50 their was no one their but me my mom and an elderly lady who was already ordering. Both ladys had sour faces walking in. The cashier litterly yeld at the older lady in her face for asking is she could get diffrent chips. Just straight up yeld at her, the lady payed with card and it was yanked out of her hand. I was just ordering my sandwich with another lady and she was making faces at me everytime i told her what to put on. Shes just throwing things like she doesnt care witch she didnt. When i asked for bell pepper shes was talking all Sarcastic at me and my mom raising her voice me and my mom just left . Like wth you work in Customer service why are you like that? Ik people have a bad day but you both were horrible

Many times I’ve been here and all I can say is that this is probably the best subway here in Calexico. The ingredients are fresh, and it tastes great. Other subways I’ve noticed employees being careless, not sanitary, and flies landing on the ingredients, but definitely not this one. This establishment is clean. Don’t take my word for it, you be the judge.

The employee is very rude and was yelling looks like he has an issue with Spanish speaking customers he was throwing the veggies and condiments on the sub and would purposely do the opposite of what was asked of him if they don’t like their job then quite don’t take it out on the customer by the way the subs don’t taste the same never going back their that rude employee sucks and should be fired
