Great experience inside 100 times better than the food.

Idk who these new employees are but either they can’t read or the manager is making them skimp on ingredients you pay for so, avoid this place until things change. You should get what you pay for no matter where you are. I paid for two subs with 50% more protein and received two regular subs if you could even call it that. Damn thing was mostly bread. Not going here anymore.

Worst Subway I’ve ever ordered from hands down. They mess up online orders frequently.
They remade my subways and gave me half of one because we ate part of it even tho all it had was Sriracha and lettuce. And they gave me an attitude about it too. People don’t have all the time in the world when they go to lunch shame.
Double check not to click Imperial Ave when you order. That was my mistake.

I recently ordered a sandwich from there and it was completely wrong. I asked for extra oils and mayo and there was barely any. I asked for it toasted and it was fresh, they didn’t even bother toasting it. I also paid almost $3 for sliced avocado for there to be literally only 4-5 small pieces in there. Extremely disappointing. Not worth the money I spent.

Awesome place, they did let me use the bathroom. Those is a great place. I’m coming from mexicali. I can’t find a restroom there and if I do I have to pay. God bless the United States.

The food was really fresh, also the store was super clean the guest service was terrific!
I’m definitely coming back for more.
The only bad thing I noticed is that the parking lot is too dark and there some homeless around some of them don’t do nothing but there’s also the ones that are all wasted in drugs.

Their the stingiest subway I’ve been too, I asked for extra banana peppers and the guy refused. I usually go to subway in el Centro and this has NEVER been a problem. He acted like it was coming out of his own paycheck, let me give you advice guy, that place isnt paying you enough to care that much over banana peppers.
