Okay lets start off with this, im a BEC enthusiast. Coming from queens, I have had a lot of BEC’s. This one stands out the most. Sitting at a 8/10 for me. The egg was perfectly runny, (extra egg for gainz) with a touch ‘healthy’ with the tomato and arugula. I think if they added a hash-brown option it woulda been a 10/10 for me.
Okay now the nitro cold brew. Tbh that ish was banginnnnnnn ‼️

Overall solid. I got the Roost BEC and it was good! Whatever bacon they use is TASTY. I also got a Cinnamon Maple latte and it was fine but fell a little flat to me- you couldn’t really taste the cinnamon maple. But! The coffee itself is good, just wouldn’t do that flavor again.

Love this lunch spot! Fresh and healthy food with interesting ingredients, fairly priced. Best chicken tenders and sweet potato fries I’ve found for my kids. Avocado toast (pictured) absolutely delicious. Coffee good too. Go there now!

Just started a new job and a coworker recommended Roost. Seriously, the best recommendation I’ve gotten in ages! Staff was so friendly, and my cobb salad was delicious. Will definitely be going back soon.

I visited Roost Darien and ordered the kale and quinoa salad, which was outstanding! The flavors were incredible. I also had the mango strawberry smoothie, which was also delightful. The total was $26.48. I highly recommend this place; it was delicious and satisfying, and I’ll definitely be back!

Most disappointing
Our Town’s Planning & Zoning Comm has already handicapped this start-up by saying they can only have 8 seats for diners. I guess Darien doesn’t want people to sit while they eat?
Sandwich selection is extensive but the three I’ve had so far have just been “meh”: Korean BBQ was just hot roast beef, White Bean Hummus was mostly vegetables and pre-packed Fresh Turkey was on nice bread but wouldn’t pass muster w our Health Inspector.
Lots of buzz about this Roost but it ain’t going to survive without seats and better food.

My fiancé and I didn’t know where to go for breakfast and stumbled upon this spot after a quick Google search. He had the breakfast burrito, I had the tacos (which they didn’t skimp on – BLESS) and we both got coffee. We found it to be delicious and will definitely be coming back.

The vibe here is crazy. They give preference to online orders. Walk ins prepare to wait. Counter is full of smoothies and ice coffee been sitting out for 15 minutes, ice melted and etc.
The food is good but not outstanding.
