I’m a regular Subway customer. I don’t usually go to this location, and I will think twice before I do again. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak bowl. It tasted good. However, they forgot the parmesan cheese that I asked. Plus, they included vegetables I did not ask for: pickles, banana peppers and olives.

I may stick to other locations.

We placed our order today, January 29, 2026. The girl who was assisting at 6:47 PM, named Monisa, had a terrible attitude. She never told us they were out of both the bread and the protein we wanted. She served us very unwillingly, as if she were doing us a favor instead of doing her job. I really hope the company realizes who they’re hiring because I have no desire to come back. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I just ordered lunch for 3 while waiting at the hospital across the street and had a terrible experience. Not only was it very expensive $53.00 for 3 subs drinks and chips but when I asked to change my order to bottled drinks because it was hard to carry in a cheap paper bag they told me my order could not be changed.i offered to pay the difference because it was so hard to carry drinks in a cheap drinks carrier that felt like was going to break and I was told they were not able to change my order because it was mobile . Why can’t I change an order????? Then my club sub was horrible not like a club sandwich at all.
This is why restaurants are closing their doors , terrible service , terrible products , and expensive. Never going to subway again.

The servers are excellent, but the new kiosk system is NOT good for them or the customer. Ordering via the kiosk is time consuming and a nuisance for the customer. Subway corporate seems to not realize that ordering and watching your sandwich being built to your specifications WAS one of the big selling points of Subway. Not any more. The second negative is that I have ordered via the kiosk twice and both times, my sandwich has come out wrong. The first time, they used the wrong bread and added too much sauce despite me using the kiosk to indicate less. THe second time, they added mayo to my sandwich despite me NOT selecting mayo.These are things that can be caught and fixed if one can build the sandwich one on one with the staff instead of going through the kiosk. I am done with Subway. I might as well go to a better place like board and brew and get gourmet sandwiches if this is what Subway has become.

I gave this a one-star review because as I was awaiting to be served by the sandwich maker, I was told that I had to place my order on a kiosk. Part of the experience of going to Subway and ordering a sub fresh in front of your eyes is being able to watch them make your food and select your vegetables as you go based on how fresh they look. Example , I normally love tomatoes on my sandwich but not if they’re not fully ripe, which has definitely been a scenario I have had in the past. Plus sometimes you want some more toppings or sometimes they put enough, but you don’t know unless you’re watching them make your sub.
Ultimately I did not order a sub and I will not be back to this location.

This store used old bread and as the result, the crumbles are all over. Felt that I got cheated! Never going to have this Subway again no complaints about the service. Thebmanay ahouy be reviewed the quality (don’t sell old bread!).

Mediocre service. New people by themselves working all the time- they have no idea how to make subs (you should not fully complete an online order before helping the line of customers waiting as well thats just rude). Also made my food wrong plus they need tips on customer service…. False advertisement is a big thang at this location too. They advertise them accepting ebt yet the machine is down? Ok. And also have a wrap listed as $3 yet comes out to $4+ tax? Yeah that’s sounds legit and legal to do. Won’t be back. Also submitted a complaint to corporate as prices are a thang that should be taken serious no matter if it’s a dollar difference.
