Food is good, but the Big sign outside says there’s a sale for a 6 inch for $5. But once you go in and ask for that and it’s already made, they ask for $9 stating the deal stated outside the window isn’t valid anymore. You could’ve said that before we made the sandwich. What a great marketing strategy. Get people to come in for the sale then tell them it’s not valid once the food is ready

Ever since the new owners took over the Subway, the quality has went down. I have given this place four times a chance each and every time my sandwich is very bad and poorly made. that will be the last time I ever come back, unfortunately, not only is the customer service poor but so is the quality. I don’t like to write a bad review, but something needs to be done with the store until then you have lost a customer.

Its either meal of the day or sub of the day promotion and decided to do the 7.99 meal. I guess since its California its a dollar more than other states which is still not bad. The gentleman who helped me out was nice and made me a good looking sandwich! Will be coming back to this location forsure

Ordered online. And still had to wait 10 mins after the pickup time so they can even start making my sub, all rushed too. Like whats the whole point on pre ordering then. Its like the 3rd time it happens. I get there is other people but come on.

This is my second time coming to this subway, and this is the last time. I thought I’d give it another chance after they messed up my order the first time, but it was a whole different person and they still messed up my order. You hire employees that can’t read? My sandwich was put together just how I want it. Server was friendly and patient with me when I was taking awhile to pick and choose the vegetables and sauces. Plenty of parking and the place is clean!

This is a shout out to the lady who made the footlongs today. We have been having footlong for years and have never seen anyone making the footlong so nicely and neatly. She is a true professional and loved the way she performed each step while making the footlong. The corporate should bring her as a trainer for other locations.

It was a DoorDash order and I ended up with the wrong sandwich. I called and was immediately apologized to and was offered a fair solution. I don’t live near there but because of how they handled their mistake I’d go back. Full stars for the staff being kind to me and working with me.
