I haven’t been to subway in years but since I was new to the area due to work, I decided to give it a try. Jeanette was the one who greeted me as soon as I walked in. It was busy so I was gonna leave but noticed how fast, friendly, and efficient she was with everyone’s order. I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong and it came out delicious. Ever since then I have been coming here 5 days a week ordering the daily special. Jeanettes friendly service and great sandwiches keep me coming back. The whole staff is great also and always treat you friendly.

Horrible customer service! The young lady they have there working named Kimberly should NOT be repenting this establishment and she should be wearing a hair net with that lose long hair.
I’ve been here before And the customer service has never been excellent but it hadn’t been horrible either. However, today, a young lady named Kimberly assisted me at the Fallbrook, CA location at 9:40am. I came in there happy and left feeling disrespected and appalled . Not only was Kimberly rude to me but also the two customers in front of me. Subway needs to do better with the people they hire. Start hiring kind people. Not people like Kimberly with horrible hostile attitudes who are rude to their customers.

I was very impressed with this location. I haven’t had subway in years due to the one in my hometown being really bad and there for I thought it was bad. I tried it again in fallbrook and quickly realised that I may actually like subway now. This is a good location and I’ll be coming back.

I had ordered a Footlong cookie, an a footlong cinnamon churro off of door dash at 7:31PM today 10/01/2024 the footlong cookie has given me a really bad stomach ache that feels horrible I’ve been fighting it since i’ve ate it not worth it seemed uncooked an my stomach is very upset on the other hand the churro went right in the trash it was cold and tasted like chemicals. i’m not very happy at this type of experience I will not be returning.

Sandwich was good. Employees friendly and helpful. Dining area was VERY cold. It’s winter and it is colder inside than outside! All 7 customers in the dining area are wearing jackets. Would have been 5 stars if not for the poor attention to customer environment.

I went in to pick up an online order that should have been ready by 11:49. I showed up to pick up the order, went to the the pick up counter, was not ready. I was not acknowledged as I stood there, I finally had to ask about the order only to be told it was being worked on. That ended up being a lie. As 4 more customers were being assisted the order was still not being prepared. Finally the young lady who was doing whatever in the back came to help the two young men who were struggling. She asked what I needed, I explained I was waiting on an online order which should have been done and again I was told they were working on it, which they weren’t. I explained I had been waiting almost 20 min for this order and all she kept repeating was “were short staffed, you’ll have to wait, customers in line are first”… I was very upset as an online order is a customer as well. I then asked for her name she refused! I asked for the manager, she said she was. I explained I would be calling corporate to complain. I then asked for a business card and she stated they didn’t have any. After pushing fur her name she finally gave me “Maria Gonzales” which I believe may not be true, but she was rude, inconsiderate and not cooperative at all. Even as I was leaving and I explained I would be taking this further she just kept repeating “Bye, you can leave now”” I have never been treated with such disrespect at this store. I know sometimes there is a wait which is fine, but it’s the utter lying and rudeness I don’t appreciate. Good employees are hard to come by I understand but if this how customers are going to be treated, especially by a manger, maybe she needs to find another job as she is going to bring down the establishments good reputation.

It’s Subway, so no one is expecting fine dining. My son enjoyed his sandwich, and we were both impressed with how yummy the Mango Lime Agua Fresca was. I recommend it if you want to get a beverage at Subway.
